This guy is so dodgy. no receipt told us not to tell the owners we were renting their property at oasis village, yaniklar, fethiye. Sancar caglar has an office at oasis entrance and said if we dont take a receipt we can rent a26 for a cheap price because the owners dont know anything! we backed out, as this was obviously a scam. beware of sancar caglar, oasis lettings, yaniklar, fethiye

We stayed here in the off season out of 124 residence there were 4 occupied during our stay mostly an expat community very friendly. If peace and quite is what you are after during the winter this is the place. The pools are empty, however the days are mostly sunny, there is a mini bus service (dolmus) that runs from the village. Overall a nice place to stay.

Peace and Solitude

we`ve just returned home from this beautiful place , we booked through holiday letting on tripadvisor and it was simple, The apartment had everything you could possibly need , and was spotless . the small bar on sight is well priced and friendly, the location is a bit out of the way , but the action is a very cheap short taxi ride away , which Osman behind the bar will arrange . The people are so friendly and the place is so beautiful , we will be back .

All the compound is maintained well by really caring and friendly staff, that is to say, your pool is always clean, your grass is never able to get longer than tidy standard, security is always alert and so on...The house in this holiday village is really well designed, useful, convenient and make you feel comfortable..You can find all staff in these houses if you want to cook your own meal which is a good opportunity, because there is no regular meal service. You can find fast food, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in the bar located just adjacent to the biggest central pool. Prices are exactly good. Here is about 13 km far away from city center, so it is better to come here with your own car or a rented car, ıf not, it is available to send for a taxi throughout 24 hours. On being a bit far away from center, here is located in a really serene environment so you can feel the serenity. Yes, we had a week in this holiday village with whole family and enjoyed it too much.

Apartment was lovely and had a pool that was only sheared by 2 families but......
When we arrived there was no reception and the man running the pool bar showed us to the apartment. We had booked half board and was told we would be given breakfast at the pool bar. On investigation we found that the restaurant was closed & looked like it had been for a while. We had to have our evening meal at the pool bar, to be far  he did give us a 3 cause meal but with no choice , we were just lucky the kids tried everything and didn’t starve!! 
There was no laundry service, there is a washing machine in the apartment, but no fresh towel of bedding supplied, be prepared if you are going to this resort that the apartments are privately owned and rented out. You do not receive the normal services.  TV licences not been paid so take DVD’s for the kids!!
There are local restaurants the security guard will contact for you and they will pick you up and drop you back free of charge. 

All in all the resort is kept very well as the owners pay for this to be done, but any apartment that has been arranged to be rented by the new management dose let the resort down. If we had been told by SUNMASTER the situation then we would have booked self catering and taken provisions for cleaning as the apartment did get very grubby by the end of the week. (you need to take dish clothes and t-towels)!!
This holiday was advertised as 5 stars, I would only give it a 3 at most.... And do not book anything apart from self catering.  

We did have a great hoilday and the pools and buildings are lovely. and people very friendly just miss lead by sunmaster and the villa management. :-)

Not what we expected in half board booking.Not equipped for half board do not book.

Oasis Village is a very nice Place for Familys .It is not far away from the Beach-approx 900 meter -and from the Riding Stable Isa.M Horse Ranch.There you can Book Tours directly and also they have a nice Restaurant in a quiet Area and a beautyfull garden.
Oasis  is a holiday village with Pool and very nice garden Area.You need a car or take the Bus-DOLMUS- to get into Fethiye town.
