Great hotel, breakfast could be far better but dinner very good, if deconstruction go again but would love them to improve the breakfast, rooms very good and comfortable with balcony, slept pretty well

Great place to stop but room for improvement 

Wow what an amazing hotel. So clean and was immaculate everywhere. Our room was lovely. The air con was very welcome! All the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was lovely too. We had the best time and will definitely be returning. Our kids loved the pool and the water slides.  The late night pool party was a definite hit with our children. We were only a short walk from the strip. 

Amazing and beautiful hotel

Great hotel apart from the music is far too loud around the pool and at dinner it’s like being in a night club all day. So not possible to have a snooze around the pool. The BBQ are once a week which are nice along with a good choice of other food

this hotel is fantastic, staff are very friendly nothing any bother 
We had an amazing week, food was delicious with every type of dish to choose from Breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods to choose from 
Turkish, Continental, English, pastries to die for and even Turkish Delight! 
Rooms are very clean with cleaners on site all day, Extra towels was no problem, Reception manned all day/night 
Right across from the gate there is a Taxi button with the taxis usually arriving after 5 - 10 minutes reasonable cost of 120 TL to oul deniz and 70 TL to the centyre of Hisaranou 

Location is also excellent due to being off the road  so no noise from any bars etc. 

Entertainment was very good with their being Karaoke, Fire Shows, Salsa Dancing group, Discos, DJs to name a few 

Had to go to the spa the girls are amazing Turkish bath and massage, also resident Hairdresser/ Barber. 

On site shop to get any snacks also a wee gift shop to get any last minute gifts 

Will definetly be going back 

Amazing Hotel

After arriving early in the morning with my daughter we were dropped off at the main hotel to pick up our keys and a shuttle service to our 2 bed apartment. All looked good on arrival but don’t be fooled into this as it is not part of okra hotel and villas stayed there 3 times. These are all privately owned apartments and villas which they rent out and maintain. Bad points first.
1. Apartment p block 2
2. Microwave rusty and cannot be used
3. Tv 22 inch satellite receiver removed and locked in there wardrobe.
4. DVD player not working or any remotes for all.
5. No outside chairs or a table to sit at on the patio area so pointless massive drop around the area so kids are a no no. 
6. No cutlery or anything and it’s self catering.
7. Main wardrobe locked so if it’s family all in one wardrobe 
8.kettle outdated and would not switch off on its own.
9. Smoke detectors don’t work or emergency lighting I’m a security engineer. 
Good points

1 maids came regular
2 great pool although because all villas and and apartments are owned they have there own place around the pool they will give you daggers if you go anywhere near there’s 
Very close to the town and many shops and bars ect
3 there is a bar at the pool but closes at 6 and serves food
4 there is a sauna and spa and massage but just one man runs it ? It’s normally used to store all the sun loungers 
Having said all that the apartment is down to the owner as the main hotel manager told me. Forgot about the broken light in the bedroom bulb smashed and glass exposed so deffo not child friendly in all still a good holiday place to chill just make sure you don’t get this apartment as they will not give you another. 

Misleading 

Just returned from my second visit to this resort and it is absolutely lovely,staff so friendly, lovely and relaxing, 5 min walk from bars restraunts ..  Would recommend for families or if you want a Chilled out holiday this is the place...  Hope this helps ;) 

Mark 

A large complex on a steeply sloping site.  Villas where nice and large with large balcony.  Ours was only yards from the pool however other were next to one of the outside bar/entertainment areas and must have been very noisy at night.  A very basic kitchen. No microwave oven, just a kettle and a hob.  The bathrooms were in serious need of complete renovation.  Broken shower handsets and filthy mould on shower enclosures were a real turn off.  No Iron or ironing board in villas , only a washing/laundry service available.  Poolside snacks were rather poor and music around the pool was sometimes far too loud depending on whether the bar staff liked that particular music.  Gardens were kept very nice and tidy although the path leading to our villa was covered in soil .  I ended up finding a brush and brushing the path myself after a few days.  All in all This place has so much potential and is really quite attractive but is let down by  poor attention to detail.  Management are not really on the ball here and could do with a wake up call.  Plus points are.... Huge villas.  Close to amenities.  Nice pool.  Negatives are.... Can be noisy.  Terrible bathrooms.  Poor maintenance.

Orka Villas

Only visited these villas as met friends who were staying there ..made a,very good impression we will hopefully be booking there in 2018  Very clean and spacious quiet area and only a short walk into hisaranou

We are currently staying in a villa on this lovely complex.
It has a huge pool which easily accommodates the apartments and villas which it serves.
The complex is in a fantastic location which is only a "flat" 5-7 min walk from Azda !!
We will definitely return 😃
 

Very relaxing atmosphere 

Great spacious apt ideal when travelling with two older kids..good size pool and great snack/pool bar.. Short walk down to strip..no noisy music at pool but plenty of inflatables to use..booked my apt from Peter Saunders
