After spending 7 days there in June 2023 I can tell you that it is ok for the environment. Beds are ok. AC DOES NOT WORK SOME ROOM  because I change the room once and sounds from city view can be heard.  I don't usually write review but at the reception there is a women called Esra that is just horrible and impolite I do not know why she works there but has the worts attitude toward people of color and it is shamefully. Even toward her coworker.  THE HOTEL MUST FIRE HER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB AND WONT BE BACK BECAUSE OF HER. That was the dark side of the stay even checking out was just a bad time and bad energy and regret my stay there.

Worst reception . Esra is horrible

Very good hospitality & really the staff is very supportive in also pendemic . Specially I am very thankful to supporting nature with guest of miss Polat . I always prefer to stay in this hotel. Really I never feel this time hospitality in the current covid situation.

The Teymur Hotel is in a good position to leave the city and go to the industrial area quickly.
Food and services are good.
The breakfast is not so international but it is good.
There is a private parking available.

Good hotel for business visits

I have been in this hotel many times. It used to be one of the best hotels in Gaziantep.. however last visit didn’t impress me a lot. The staff hardly understand English and the rooms need improvement  (we were a group of 4 and three of us had issues with either the bathroom or their room being in a smoking floor which really affected the stay comfort ..)

I hava stayed at this hotel :November and December 2018. 
I have starded working in Gaziantep, so need to stay to at a hotel till I find a suitable flat to move my house from İstanbul.

I have visited most of the Hotels and price and performance vise Tuğcan Hotel is the best.

Lobby Komi Staff excellent, very helpful and polite
Breakfast- Good service,variety of food is efficent, food quality average, 
House Keeping- Besides being not good at cleaning, my cosmetics were used, rouges I am definetely sure they were applided from all sides I only use them from the top. I had blisters on my lips, I was wondering why(!) I made my complaint they said they made the employee resigne, there are very sorry this event has occured.
After 2 weeks I rented my flat lastday at hotel packing my stuff, quess who appeared at the door for goodbye tip, same staff that they told me that they sent them away.

Besides this upsetting event Hotel Beds are good, I didn’t use Wi-Fi I can not make comment.

Non smoking rooms are 7th and 8th floor, one floor upstairs there is Roof restaurant, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday Nights you wait for music to end in order to going to sleep, take your ear plugs if you are a non smoker:)

Long Term Stay at Teymur

Nice and welcoming. Good breakfast and nice location. Lots of Turkish restaurants and cafes around. Enjoy Turkish kebab, the special tea and fruits at very affordable prices. Check the weather and be ready.

A short stay

We arrived in the hotel almost at midnight and we find a sleepy lady at the reception who seemed to be in panic with our reservation. She was so confused that at the beginning she was giving us a single room instead of the 2 single rooms we booked. Apart of this the hotel was fine. Rooms correspond to the picture and are big. Bathroom is a little bit small but there is a big shower. Bed was really comfortable.  Breakfast is rich though not continental.
