As an American who spoke very little Turkish, travelling from the U.S for business.  I can say this hotels staff was very helpful and friendly and I had a great experience while here.  The place is very clean, room service on time, and also has a nice gym, sauna, mosque, and other things that made this a very nice stay for me for almost an entire month.

This is a poor Holiday Inn, very tired and horribly soulless. The lobby is silent as is the restaurant unless the tv is blaring out some nondescript euro pop. The young guy in the restaurant however was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. The rooms don’t have any English channels at all even if CNN and BBC World is shown in the list. The lady on reception who checked me out hardly spoke English. The location is unfortunate as it’s right on a busy dual carriageway in a fuel station forecourt. Breakfast spread was poor quality (except the bread). I will stay somewhere else next time as there are plenty of better hotels with only slightly higher prices in this area. The place needs a big renovation to breath life back into it. 

Tired hotel

You can find here everything what you need to spend wonderful holiday or  business trip. The place is comfortable and it feels like home. I will be back here for sure. The staff is well prepared and helpful. I would like to send my words of thankfulness to Murat Katmerlikaya and Mesut for making my stay here more interesting and bringing a daily smile. I recommend this place without any doubt!

Great place to stay longer

Good hotel, reliable internet, clean and friendly especially Ibrahim in the restaurant, he is extremely friendly and gets to know you quickly and what you like this guy is a great asset for the hotel as well as all of the other staff. I would recommend this hotel with no issues 

3 night stay

Decent hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. I had a room on north side, where I heard a low-frequency noise of unknown origin. My room has been changed and then it has been ok. Hotel is near a busy motorway, but the noise is ok as through night the traffic is low and windows are good. Go around the back of the hotel and you are in sort of residetial district, where you can do basic shopping or visit restaurant.
WiFi works pretty well, so no problem with low number of english TV channels. Overall very nice for a business trip. The staff is excellent.

Nice stay for great price

We stayed for one night between flights but would never stay again. The hotel has nothing going for it. It's on a motorway slip road, behind a petrol station. As others have noted the staff insist on keeping your passport until checkout and when I said they had no right to keep it, they said I was welcome to leave. Pillows on bed are like bricks. Breakfast does not open until 7, which meant we missed it. Reading the other poor reviews, the manager writes to say they will learn from the review but it just seems to be a cut and paste generic reply and we saw no sign of changes. If you have a choice, go elsewhere
