We've had our first family vacation experience with our little 15 months old toddler in this beautiful house with beautiful hosts...
Awesome food including vegan options, clean and comfortable vintage room, always smiling and welcoming hosts who made us forget that we're on vacation, instead made us feel like we are at our own home.
Our toddler enjoyed playing in the safe garden with beautiful plants and trees while we were enjoying our drinks under refreshing air with my spouse.
The location is exceptionally perfect  considering the distance to historical & touristic places, national parks and the beautiful beaches on the region. It is still a perfect place for those who prefer to rest before a beautiful sight in a stone house located in a magical stonehouse village.
We already pointed this place as our favorite one that will be visited frequently on our vacations and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans  a travel to this region.

The Warmness of a Home

We chose Bahab so we could visit the archeological sites in this area.  The photo shown by Bahab turned out to be our bedroom, a large room with cross ventilation, ceiling fan, and very nice bathroom.  Across a vestibule was the room of our traveling companion, and the 3 of us had the outdoor terrace to ourselves.  Above us were the steep mountains and below the agricultural plains.  The road up to Bahab is daunting and needs repair, so decided to have dinner at Bahab both nights rather than try to drive back in the dark.  Once we got used to the road it was fine in the daylight.  Cem met us at the gate (plus his three enthusiastic dogs) and was a very attentive host throughout.  His wife Gamze cooked breakfast and dinner, and both were just wonderful and fresh.  They serve beer if you wish.  Down in the valley are a few mini-markets where you can get cigs or beer or whatever.  We visited Didyma, Priene, Miletus, and Klara from here, and Cem says Aphrodesia is only an hour and a half away.  We also drove to the Milli Park and swam at a pebbled beach with a couple of wild boars nearby.  Cem can tell you where to stop on the road to Milli Park to get hot bread out of the oven.  In that same town we got olive oil soap. We felt the value of Bahab was excellent.

Beautiful place, wonderful food

Great b&b near the Priene archaeological site. Very friendly owners will even cook a delicious dinner for you if nearby restaurants are closed (due to Ramadan f.i.). Rooms are large, have spectacular views and the furniture is beautiful antique but nevertheless very comfy.

We stayed in Bahab Guesthouse as we had a business meeting nearby. Unfortunately this did not leave us enough time to enjoy this truly beautiful place!
The hotel has been set up in a nicely renovated old stone house; the rooms and common rooms are very cozy with the authentic stone walls, antique furnitures and matching decorative items. 
Arriving in the dark of a cold day, a heated room with a fully running fireplace was waiting us. While having a chat with the very friendly owners afterwards, they served fresh and dried fruits and nuts. And the next morning a fantastic Turkish breakfast waited us with eggs, börek, fresh breads, different cheeses, homemade jams and many more.
Over all a place we absolutely will come back - hopefully in a warmer day to also enjoy the views from the roof terrace, the nice small garden, the surrounding areas...

Amazing place, wonderful hosts

We arrived to a warm welcome late on a cold night. The friendly and accommodating owners offered us a glass of liqueur and tea. The place, so well decorated with antique furniture and beautiful items is serene, the old house beautifully restored. The heaters in the rooms were so welcome. The wonderful, organic, freshly prepared breakfast was delicious and more than we could finish. We ended up staying for another day and enjoyed supper as well at Bahab. We can really recommend this - traditional dishes prepared with love. After support the owners joined us at the table. They have recently moved from Istanbul and the love and the caring they put into Bahab is exceptional. They offered to take our kids to the old sites when they noticed they we were just going to be too busy.

So many places has high ratings on review sites that it becomes difficult to recognize the best ones - well, this is a really good one, a must-stay if you ever go to the region!

Serenity of the highest level

A beautiful old house run by young couple. We enjoyed every moment of our time, delicious food, elegant rooms with antique furniture, friendly home owners, we felt at home and awesome view, peaceful neighborhood impressed us. Do not miss the fresh prepared shakes and homemade food.
