loved my stay here such a peaceful and beautiful location and so easy to get around. 
the staff are so nice and helpful especially the owner.
the food and drink was great and good value can't wait to go back 


chilled out week

We stayed there for a wedding of my friends. We arrived late at the hotel, but the owner told he will not be able to give the keys, luckily a friend was staying day before. She took the keys so we could get in. In the morning we were pushed by owner to make the payment with cash. And then we learnt that the friends who will get married already made the payment. Unfortunately we learnt this at a very late stage after we left. Owner was very rude, immoral always talking unfriendly. There had been many problems that me and 6 other friends had with the owner. Never ever make a mistake to stay in this place.

Worst place to stay, unfriendly, rude.

stayed here and it was great from the food to the pool it was so relaxing and the staff are so nice. nothing was to much for them and the area is so beautiful and peaceful and only a short distance to lively resorts.   see you again soon

great time

As always it is just little things that make the biggest difference.
The positives it is a well located small Hotel /apartment and it provides the ability to use the Gumsan   beach site  the food is very family Turkish and is of a good quality the staff are friendly.
The not so positive  occasionally there is no hot water. The room servicing is occasional Every 2 days would be acceptable but twice in 9 days was not so good management have a habit of telling the staff off while guests are around , and god forbid one morning there was no coffee at breakfast even if it is basic Nescafe.
The OK's The pool was good  and warm but needed a little love and attention water testing  was a little sparse. Price is very keen especially as it is half board

Good but could be so much better

We arrived at this hotel with reservations made two months in advance to find it in the process of being CLOSED with no record of our reservation. The pool was a slimy MESS. Broken patio furniture, weeds, unfinished rooms. The manager made us tea and had us wait for a half hour and then looked through a number of rooms to see what could be used. The rooms were clean but there was NO FURNITURE besides the bed and a sometimes working TV. This hotel is really a condo/apartment project in transition, and it showed. We decided to stay rather than look for another hotel. And a few more things == it is NOT in the fishing village but 2km away and the private beach about 2 blocks from the hotel looks good until you see the sewage treatment plant above the beach. Combative and indifferent customer service and lousy breakfast finishes the deal. Don't stay here.
