It was really awful. My window opened at trash site and they pick garbage at 7 morning making too much sound and disturb my calmness. The food was not delicious and the dishes were so dirty and I don't offer this hotel to anyone

This hotel is the worst 5 stars in the world. We booked for 3 persons .they gave us 2 bed and said I bring a extra bed ..finally after 10 times we said at 23 o'clock they  bring a bed ...  they dont not clean the room also..the bed,  pillow and room is very terrible and dirty ..our package was ALL, but breakfast, lunch and dinner were terrible from quality,at night they haven't good program and also in the days like the other 5 stars hotel ..Despite of showing 5 stars in website no where of hotel you cant find any sign to show the quantity of stars, and it seems Hotel should has only 3 stars.  polls are very very dirty and towels is very awful. the bar is very week .beach is very dirty and asansor for beach is not working . As a result please do not choose this hotel for vacation. Dont waste your money ...its awful..

Worst experience in hotel

Room and house keeping are the worst all over the world.
During 6 night stay, they did not clean the room despite of several asking to clean.
Our package was ALL, but breakfast, lunch and dinner were terrible from quality, kinds and quantity point of view.
Despite of showing 5 stars in their web site, no where of hotel you couldn't find any sign to show the quantity of stars, and it seems Hotel should has only 3 stars.
The hotel open polls were very dirty as well as their towels.
As a result please do not choose this hotel for vacation.

Hotel Rooms and Services, degree of hotel, food & beverages and cleanness.

This is 3rd day and no room service. We asked three times and nothing.
Worst I've ever seen. Shame on the management and staff.
No body cares, no one response,room phone is out of service. There is no room for us since they didn't clean it at all.

Too bad room service

Staff is uneducated, unrespectful, unpolite. They do not have any word and idea how to deal with customers. Food is terrible. It is supposed to be by sea but unfortunately you need to go 20 min via stairs to be at the sea level.
 
Calisanlar egitimsiz, saygisiz, kaba. Musteri ile iletirim hakkinda tek kelime bilmiyorlar. Yemekler cok koto Denize sifir denilen otel, merdivenler ile 20 dk da ulasilabiliyor.

Better to have hostel-Pansiyonda kalin daha iyi

To be honest and not exadurating its a 2 or 3 star hotel
Some years ago its name was "onura" and was in a better position, but now...

- Toilets in the lobby smells and their washing systems are broken
- rooms smell like haven't been cleaned for years! 
- faucets dont work properly
- no hot water in the morning untill sun makes it warm about 11 o'clock
- no cups in the rooms
- no toothbrush 
- shampoos have been used till its half by the last guest
- towels are rusty
- main pool and around of it dirty (small pool clean and not crowded) 
- 1 of 3 elevators have door problem all the time (the left one) 
- they cleaned our room and didnt put new towels, 3 times of calling the reception and every time they said ok, but they didnt bring towels until we checked out tomorrow! 
- foods quality very low for a 5 star hotel, ideal for a 3 star hotel

2 or 3 star hotel

We stayed a week in this hotel, pool and beach is good. Hotel have very friendly staff. Thank to them. In overall hotel is beautiful but management and cleaning is not good. It seems manager don't want to spend money on anything. Variaty and quality of foods is very normal. Nothing special.

Hotel does need renovation.  mostly  all plates in dinery are broken, leaking ceiling in the lobby , fitness room  should be closed-  everything  doesn't work there, no grass watering, some dead trees close to the pool etc.  During one week that we stayed  there two times half of the day was no water in the whole hotel. Hotel staff mostly  really nice and works well , rooms also ok -not so bad condition like a territory. But we were really  disappointing with food and a lot of drunk aggressive Russian people like  a bonus which we weren't aspect to meet in this Turkey region .  P.S. please throw  away that statues from dinery it can  cause a psychological trauma even to adults no only to children.

Don't go there

Booked for a week and stayed for 1 night only. Hotel location, beach and staff are excellent however hotel is very out dated, zero investment for any sort of improvements. Nobody checks hygiene or cleaning.Products they serve for food are the lowest quality. Beach towels are just terrible. Nobody takes care of sunbeds or the beach, you dont even want to lay your towel on. It was just waste of time and money. Probably the worst hotel experience.
