If there would be a 0 starts I would add that. It was horrible. 
The room was horrendous full of mould, dirty, neglected. 
The food was horrible, always cold, always late by at least 15-20 min.My daughter found dead flies in her salad. The vegetables such as cucumbers were unwashed. The food was mostly chicken, very rarely, like once every 2 days one could find both beef and chicken, once a week we had rice, otherwise there would have been just plain buttered/oil pasta. Fries were cooked in dirty, old oil as they were filled with black residue. Breakfast never had pastries, the fruits are of poor quality. The dessert was mostly some sort of jello, or some sort of a look-alike of Turkish sweets. Everything seemed to be like made just to make the poor people eat and shut up- as if someone is doing them a favour! As if the paying guests are animals. 
We noticed that after the dinner service, while passing through, to get some tea, one of the young men working there (without uniform or anything- they just stick around and try to be helpful to the wait staff) carrying all the bowls with fresh vegetables and salads stacked one on top of the other.And since there were about 10 bowls he thought to put his mouth and face onto the top bowl to keep the stack from falling, while he was carrying it to the kitchen. Disgusting!
We had to go out and buy water from the supermarket as they supply just one bottle of water. We had to buy breakfast stuff to feed the kids, and gone out for dinners at the restaurants near by.

The waiting staff does not actually wait on anyone, they just take the plates off the table as soon as the guests stand up. They stay and chat with each other.

The pool was never cleaned, the umbrellas around the pool were mostly with holes in it.The lounge chairs dirty. The beach never got cleaned, the lounge chairs are stuck to each other as the beach size is terribly small and limited.You could go near the hotel beach and rent a chez-longue. 

The TV in our room was falling off the wall, and just one channel in English out of 6 channels in total.The furniture very stained and horribly dirty. The door handle for the balcony door was broken. The fridge in the room was not working either. 
The hallways, the reception, the reception bathroom are very stained, dirty and bad smelling.

Although we were in an all-inclusive board, there is Coke/Sprite/Fanta just at the bar.Self service was supposed to have like juices but they did not work 80% of the time. They did not have current water supply for the juice machine so they would bring water in the big water plastic bottles, which were not very clean. 

The animation team are just two 18-year-old girls trying their best.They came sometimes to have lunch with the guests at the tables. They do what they can with what they have.

I will never go there again- do not recommend it - I hope the pics help! Please do not waste your money

Perfect

This is a fantastic resort. We loved it here. The location is the best. It has everything you need. Rooms are clean and spacious. People are very friendly and hospitable. The pool is located in the right place. Rümeysa is a great host. She takes care of your issues with a very hospitable manner.

Great place to stay in Kusadasi

I stayed with my boyfriend for 2 days. It was a really good experience with friendly hosts. Thanks for everything. Our room and towels were very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful sea water and the pool. The food was very fresh and we had many different options to eat :)

We came here with a group from Macedonia. Everybody is so friendly here. Rooms are so big and comfortable. Cleaning service is also very nice. Variety foods at the kitchen. Special thanks to Ms.Rumeysa and Mr.Deniz. They are very nice people and helped us in every situation

Nice Holiday in Turkey

We came here at the beginning of the season and it wasn’t very busy which we didn’t mind at all.We spend only one week in this hotel.We had great time,people were very friendly and helpful as well.I would recommend this hotel to the people who would like to have relaxing time.Swimming pool is decent side and clean and also beach is right at the door step. We enjoyed the food as well as drinks.

Turkey Trip

The filthiest hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are dirty and not well equipped. The furniture is very old. The whole hotel needs a drastic renovation before opening it and receiving guests. 
We had all-inclusive, but the food was the most horrible part. Most of the food is either badly cooked or had an interesting smell 🤮. I had diarrhea because of their expired meatballs. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

This hotel I'm giving a minus 1 star the hotel was placed right next to a building site and every room has there electric box open full of wires with actually caused a electrical problem on one of my days when I was on holiday and smoked the whole floor out witch led to the fire brigade coming as well the pool was not clean at all and the tap from my hotel room the water was coming out like a brown coulor so witch I had to use bottles of water to brush my teeth with.......all inclusive is not all inclusive they served soft drinks like sprite cola and fresh orange but the alcohol was only beer wine and vodka cola ........the manager alpaslan was not helpful at all and he was so disrespectful to most of the holiday makers too and he dint seem to care about any complaint we had ........the only 3 staff I really enjoyed was the bar man hasan he was friendly / fikret the chef was a lovely man too and also the restaurant man too hayrettin he was nice aswell ...... I would also avoid a guy called kaya he tried to rip me off with a boat trip and when I wanted to cancel he wouldn't answer my calls he normally goes comes to the hotel to have his food but as u walk out on ti the beach from the back of the hotel he actually has his own beach called kaya butterfly so tbh I don't think he was allowed to even try and sell me the tickets for boat trip in the hotel .....in the kids pool there was a whole aswell witch is very dangerous for any little kid they could of broke there ankle .....the receptionist guy dint have a clue what was going off most of the time and did not seem to care about any thing.

So bad we have left the hotel !! 
On a positive the room was clean , however the whole hotel is complete out dated and currently in middle of building site!
All inclusive doesn’t exist - we ate bread for 1.5 days !  The worse I’ve ever ever had … to date. ! 
No one is at the bar to get a drunk let alone a alcoholic one . 
The pool looked like a swamp and it has the odd plastic sun lounger . 
No entertainment 
No all inclusive 
It says sauna etc.  nope !
