I travelled here with my partner for surgery in May 2019, I loved the hotel and I’d love to go back. The 2 receptionists were so helpful, every day they would make sure I was ok and had everything I needed! I wish I took more photos as the hotel was spotless, nicely decorated and the staff were so supportive.

The lady in the room next door to me also had surgery and was really struggling, I heard the hotel receptionist helping her get up and walk every day which is beyond kind hearted. There is a shopping mall not far which the hotel will help you get a taxi to, there are lots of nice restaurants next to the hotel too. Thank you to all the staff who were so helpful during my stay.

Wonderful hotel newly renovated

I stayed here in February 2019. I didn't have a say where I stayed as I was visiting Turkey for plastic surgery so the company put me up in this hotel. Trip Adviser states there is room service. There is not! If there is we were not told about this nor was there any form of menu in our room. There is really nothing locally. I got the feeling Izmir isn't a tourist place. Most food places were few and far between so I struggled to eat due to there being no room service.
Breakfast was minimal. Boiled eggs, cheese, basic Turkish breakfast I think. Same everyday.
We moved room once due to the vile, dirty bathroom and live wires hanging out of the wall. The second room wasn't much better. On a busy road and dogs barking all night.
The staff were very nice and polite albeit when you've had major surgery you expect food and cleanliness to be key.

Not as described!

Rooms are very big and good, stuff is very nice and hospitality is totaly ok. Only problem was with proxy internet, but not sure that have reason in hotel. Food is very tasty and good, neighboorhood is very good, boat, bus, metro etc, shopping mall etc is very close...

very good hotel

Terrible.. Normal pricr should be 25 euro max but they charge min 70 Euro oer person.. Dirty floors and toilets.. Some Bugs are just walking on floor.. But toilet is really bacterical..They charged me the nuts which i didnt eat.. Check other alternatives i donot recommend you to stay..

Very nice hotel. It’s my third time in turkey and finally I’ve found someone that speaks English :). Staff very friendly and cordial. It’s very well located and the city centre is reachable by tram and ferry.

Nice hotel

Every time we come to Izmir for a business trip we stop at this hotel. The convenient location is 5 minutes' walk to the tram, nearby there are good restaurants, park by the sea, in front of the hotel there is our own parking lot. The rooms are small, but cozy. The cleaning is excellent. The furniture, bed, towel are all in excellent condition. The room has a TV, a minibar with alcoholic drinks (white and red wine, vodka  Absolute and Turkish Raki, beer) and non-alcoholic drinks (water with and without juice, fan, very cold tea, milk) with drinks. So, there is always a tea room, a tea room, a tea room, a chocolate bar, a cotton candy bar. In the room there is a tea room, a tea room, a tea room, a cotton candy bar, but in the hotel there is a special room, a tea room, a tea room, a tea room, a tea room, a tea room, a restaurant, etc.

It's a great hotel.

This is a very quaint little hotel.  The rooms are very nice and the staff is awesome.  The only down side for me is the rooftop bar and restaurant are now closed.  Many food choices very close. The complimentary breakfast is a little smaller than most.

Nice little hotel

Excellent staff - very friendly - good comfortable room; shower powerful - good location close to some nice restaurants and entertainment; within walking distance of shopping centre and close to ring-road to avoid central traffic of the city, Breakfast - not great - but good selection of pastries and juices.

Business Trip - three nights

Ideal when you have to stay in this city for a few days, especially I have been for business reasons. The rooms are small but clean and cozy, the staff very kind and available, the breakfast buffet not rich but adequate to refill before the day begins.
