The location is excellent, 2 mins to public transportation and Istitkal street. Amazing dining options nearby. Galata tower was less than 10 mins walk away. Staff was excellent. Will be back if we are ever in Istanbul again - highly recommended

Amazing location and property

In a city shock-full of excellent hotels particularly from Marriott and Accor chains, I tend to be more difficult to impress than elsewhere in the world.  This hotel left a very good impression despite the high bar.

First off, in Istanbul I think Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio hotel brands are a very good fit for the city.  This is an old building recently converted into a hotel so it has a lot of character; while it might not have a lounge like the more traditional brands such as Sheraton and Marriott, there are many public areas, some of them quite private, which allow to have more interesting and inspiring working spaces and meeting areas.  

On the morning of arrival I noticed online that the hotel was down to only one room type available so my expectations for an upgrade were modest.  Once I arrived at reception the guest relations supervisor stopped by to chat.  She said that prior to my arrival she read my guest preference file and noticed that I had mentioned to another hotel in the past that I valued upgrades as Ambassador Elite guest.  She said it was challenging for this stay due to high occupancy but that she was able to assign me a suite.  I am not sure how she pulled it off if almost all room types were sold out, but just the fact that she went out of her way to read about what a customer likes before arrival, is very impressive even in this city where many hotels have good service.  

The suite was charming and worthy of the Autograph brand, not to mention decent quality hardware.  The location of the hotel is very good for both first time tourists or frequent guests as it’s a stone’s throw from Şişhane metro station.  

The breakfast venue looked great like the rest of the hotel and because this hotel is not very big, breakfast was quiet at least at the time I was there.  There is no buffet at all, it’s entirely a la carte, which is a positive.  The one area of improvement would be that the menu is a bit thin and could get boring fairly quickly for a multi-night stay.

Overall I was impressed by this hotel and I would recommend it.

Charming Hotel and Great Service

We had a last minute booking, literally a walk-in after our Airbnb  was a disaster. Not only was Adahan DeCamondo Pera a very luxurious and reasonably priced place it was very accomodating and the staff were professional and friendly - shout out to Esma, Hüseyin, Murat and especially to Cumhur. Thank you for your kind and warm service. The room was spacious, comfortable with a good mattress and pillows and good pressure from the shower head. The breakfast is also really nice with a wide range of both eastern and western options. The location is in the heart of stunning Pera and not far from Galata tower, Şişhane station and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The only regret we have is that we only stayed one night - we wish we spent longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Adahan DeCamondo Pera, Autograph Collection Hotel! I stayed with my mom and sisters, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warm hospitality. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. The highlight of our mornings was the incredible breakfast, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant neighborhood. We truly loved our experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great Stay Istanbul

Great location away from the tourist area. Comfortable room. Our memories of our stay will be dominated by the view from our breakfasts on the rooftop terrace. Stunning vista of The Golden Horn and the old
City with the distant skyline punctuated by several mosques.  Manager Yazmur seemingly was always present in the lobby inquiring as to how she could serve us.

Our first trip to Istanbul.

Great hotel, great location. Very friendly personnel. Particularly, I would like to say thanks to Yagmur: very client-oriented person, very nice and helpful. I hope stay in this hotel next time I visit this wonderful city. I strongly recommend this hotel for staying.

Wonderful city, wonderful hotel, wonderful staff

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Adahan DeCamondo Pera, Autograph Collection. The safety and security at this hotel are severely lacking. During my stay, my money was stolen from my safe, and the management team's response has been nothing short of unacceptable. Despite repeated requests, there has been no clear explanation or progress on the investigation, even though they have access to security footage showing who entered my room.

Marriott/Bonvoy chain should take this matter seriously and hold this hotel accountable for ensuring the safety of its guests. The poor handling of this situation by the management is a failure on all levels. I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate action, not only to address this incident but also to improve security measures to prevent future occurrences.

What an amazing hotel. Everything was perfect for our trip to Istanbul, and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you to everyone especially Idris in the Beatrice Rooftop bar. Such a great guy, and first class service! The breakfast also was unbelievable, so much fresh food and a huge selection to choose from!

Friendly staff and incredibly lovely rooftop views.
Recommended for drinks and night nibbles. 
Calm ambience suitable for conversations. 
Come camera ready. Nice location in a lively part of Istanbul. Come see Idrees with a fantastic moustache as well as Emir the friendliest waiter.

Lovely views amazing staff

Very disorganized staff.  Not up to Marriott standards.  The breakfast is not included, the elevators are tiny, there are no full length mirrors - the only mirror is in the bathroom.  No towel racks.  They offered to arrange transfer from the airport but the price was very high.  It was easy to get a cab at the airport for much much less than the hotel quoted.
