The location of the hotel is excellent for further exploration of the city and it wasn't noisy at all. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a rich breakfast every morning and there were many options to choose from. One morning during our stay we even got a small thank you present from the Guest Relations department. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mike who welcomed us every morning for the breakfast and the team at the reception who helped us with their suggestions :) This is a good experience for the value. Thank you very much.

    What was good

    The central location was very convenient, right near the Galata Tower.

    At first, our room had trouble with water leakage while using the sink, which we reported to the personnel. They checked the problem and changed our room without question — thank you!

    We stayed after the wedding, so the manager provided a nice surprise when we checked in — a bottle of nice red wine and a cake! Super nice. And we also had a present waiting for us at the
