This hotel shouldn’t be open we have a family room in this hotel the room smells very bad not clean at all if you remove the bed sheets the beds are in mess no smoking room but you call smell the smoke from the corridor you can’t see outside from the room because windows haven’t been cleaned for very long time
Reception staff is very rude
Dinner service is very less and no taste at all.
Will never stay here again and would not recommend at all.

Worst EVER hotel

Turkish airline had cancelled our flight and my family and i were sent there to stay over night. The check-in was very long (mind this, we has stayed at airport for 5 hours already, with 2 babies and my sister with mental disability). the staff and receptionist were extremely rude. The rooms were , dirty, mold everywhere. There were 6 of us, we were given 2 rooms with 2 beds. Then they squeezed in a small bed in between the 2 beds. It had VOMIT and stains all over it, sheets were dirty. There was NO room to even walk. There was 1 towel for the entire family. The rooms smelled like cigarette and we MOLD, and we were coughing all night. The staff at the front treated us like were  prisoner escapees.   WE DIDNT CHOOSE TO BE THERE, and we got treated so crappy and rude. HORRIBLE PLACE. Nothing like the pictures you see online, IT IS ALL LIES

RUDE Receptionist, HORRIBLE FITLY PLACE

Flight delayed 24 hours. Airline company arranged this hotel. Checking in took forever. The hotel is far from everywhere. The rooms are good, but very noisy, so we didn't sleep. Simple breakfast and lunch.

Very noisy but good and clean room.

I stayed here with my fiance we enjoyed being together however the service was extremely horrendous. Whatever we ordered they said there is a charge for the service. We opened a bottle of wine from room service and when we asked for wine glasses they said service charge. The air conditioner did not work and we called the maintenance person to check it when we went out of the hotel. When we came back the electrical panel was on in the room and the air conditioner was not working. We asked for a room change and they told us that they would shift our room to a room which doesnt have the same view of my room. They did not do anything for compensation. They only asked for service charge whenever we ordered ice or glass. The manager of the front desk was absolutely unattentive and incompetent.

Do not expect much from this hotel if u r choosing it

Comments of a couple who stayed here for a week

My parent were in this hotel in January.They stayed one night less than they booked because they had to tranfer to  another accomodiation.Hotel stuff promised them that they will get refund for that one night in the next month.They never did and it's been almost two months.Also hotel never replayed to my parents emails about refund.

Bad service

Hotel is sad and run down and fairly grubby. Rooms were far too warm. Sent here after flight delays caused us to miss our connection. Food in the restaurant was a set menu and I would not have fed it to my dog ! Staff were unfriendly and not very helpful

Poor quality hotel. Poor quality service and poor quality food. There are some restaurants round the corner thankfully

Amazing Visit

Excellent for the price 
Great location, service is fine , breakfast is average
Because of its central location you can travel to any part of Istanbul in a reasonable time, there is a shopping Centre and different varieties of restaurants close by, I recommend with no hesitation

Trips

Was brought to this hotel by Turkish airlines as a complimentary transit hotel.  Hotel room interior is good but when you look closely the carpets and towels were filthy. Bathroom drained slowly.  Amenities were not good. Meals were average in the restaurant. For the 2nd night we had to pay but they wouldn’t accept credit card. They only accepted credit card with pin code so we had to pay cash! 
Cheap hotel rate though. Inconvenient location.  There are some restos around.  Would not recommend the hotel. They can be better.

Ever you can be Better

Restaurant is the one redeeming feature of this place, and mostly because of their 80 lira hamburger/beer deal - beer is Efes (the only draft beer they have) and burger and fries are OK. The restaurant is spacious enough with a few cozy spots.

Everything else is below standard - from the bad-tempered receptionist (don't know the name but she was at the reception at 9 pm on October 21) to dirty room (trash in the just cleaned room was not emptied, hair on the desk, bath towel with a large black stain, fingerprints on the toilet flush panel) and dimly lit hallways.

The hotel is halfway between IST and central Istanbul. Bitaksi rate to city center was showing 85-100 lira and the trip duration was estimated at 30+ minutes.

This was a complimentary hotel for a long daytime layover provided by Turkish Airlines and I appreciate the fact I had a place to open my laptop and take a shower. In fact, I applaud TA for providing this service. As to the hotel itself, it could potentially work as a decent 3-star if it tackled its staff and cleaning issues.
