They are so kindness and hospitality. Cozy places and very very clean. İt is so good to spend time at there. İt was my first time but i will go to there again for my next trips in Istanbul. There is near to anywhere at center of city. Good to see yours at there   :)

First of all they are so hospitality. I mean when i need anything that they tried to help me about it. Prices is so good

Cagri hotel met us with the cup of Turkish tea, that was very pleasure after the long trip by plane and walking around searching this hotel. The location is very good, the personnel is very helpful, for example when we got the map of Istanbul, all them main attractions were shown to us and the routs are explained by the man in reception. When we got a problem with buying tickets for bus (the stop is near the hotel), we were offered an Istanbul Card, as appeared later, the owner of the hotel gave us his:) also when I was need a medicine store in New year day, when all the shops were closed, the personnel helped to find a working one. So, the personnel took care about any problem we had. 
The location is excellent. First of all there is no touristic district. It is a big plus. Because there are cheap prices on feed and other things around. There are several supermarkets near the hotel, also you can buy Turkish Baklava for 20 Turkish liras, is to compare with Egypt Bazar there the price was 60 TL per kilogram. You can buy cosmetics or medicine if you need, right near the hotel.
It is easy to get to the center of the city by tramway or bus. The bus station is two minutes from the hotel, the tramway station destination takes 7 minutes. You can be sure that you will get the advice how to get faster and cheaper to the place you need from personnel.
The breakfast is nice, but it is the same each morning:boiled eggs, cheese, olives, bread, apples, salad, sausage, tea or coffee. 
The rooms are tiny, but for someone who choices not hotel vacation, it  will be very good to stay in. The rooms were cleaned each two days, and the towels were changed each day.
I liked the price, the personnel, the location and even mosque near the hotel that was "singing" each morning at 6am:)

Cheap,clean,good located hotel.

If your looking for a budget-friendly, small and basic but clean hotel, Cagri hotel is a good choice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.  The rooms are quite small and simple, but everything you need is there.  Breakfast is included: a little buffet with bread, jam, butter, cheese, meat, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, tea, coffee, juice and apples.
There's a bus station nearby and the metro/tramway are also not far away, so you can easily go  to the historic town or other places to visit.

budget-friendly, small and basic but clean hotel

I am very pleased with this hotel, the rooms are simple but what at service! Very good! Very friendly people, it's not every day the hotel owner comes and welcome the guests at the airport, you get a tour arround the hotel so you can choose your room and the best part is the price! it is very cheap.

I am very pleased with this hotel

I stayed here for one night before catching the Bandirma ferry from nearby Yenikapi ferry docks. I chose this place mainly based on location, which was fine and just a short taxi ride to the ferry docks early the next morning. 

The hotel itself is basic, fairly spartan but nonetheless the friendly staff and cheap pricing make up for the 'rough around the edges' feel. Room was adequately sized for the night and bathroom was clean if basic.

Overall, a very reasonable choice if only for a few nights at most. Not a place I'd choose to base my trip to Istanbul from.
