Our experience in this hotel was great. My mom loved our room as it was spacious. The only downside is that they do not have elevators. 

The hotel is centrally located and the decor was modern. 

Breakfast was ok.

the breakfast was realy bad. There was little food and a lot of them was rotten,specially  the fruits.There was a  chewing gum on the ceiling .Also we were living on the 5th floor and there wasn't elevator .At least the receptionists were helpful.

Really enjoy staying here, my second stay and will go back. Close to Taksim and Istikal street and the metro. Friendly guys that run the hotel and they are always there and are very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Great location comfortable stay

We were a family of five. We stayed at the top apartment. It Was a bit crowded, but it Was ok. A room with double bed and a room with a sofa and a "portable" bed. It Was clean and ok. The bathroom Was ok. We had two balconies- lovely. The breakfast Was fine. Only thing bad: no elevator to 5th floor. 
We Think we did a bargain here- very cheap and Close to Taksim.

My experience at this hotel was good. The hotel location is excellent, just a 3 min walk to Taksim Square which has access to the Metro and Tram. The rooms are good and spacious. Cleanness is also adequate with  fresh towels every day. Breakfast is also good with a variety of things to eat. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. 

The hotel area at night turns into a wild place. So if you are offended by such indecent things, you would be better to select a different location. 

The only drawback to this hotel is that it has no elevator. So if you are on a high floor prepare your self to a staircase.

Full House Experince

I spent 3 nights in Fullhouse Residence. They´ve always replied to my emails before arriving and helped me with information needed. Also provided me with a private transfer to go from Sabiha airport to the residence.
The location is great, five minutes walking to Taksim Square. Everything is close, metro station, tramway, subway, Istiklal Caddesi, which is a popular street with pubs,restaurants, etc.
The residence itself is nice, we took the deluxe suite, wich is like in the basement, but from the windows you can still see the street and and have day light. Inside there is a kitchinette, cutlery, washing machine..everything you need if you dont want to eat in restaurants you can cook there.
It was snowing in Istambul, but inside the room was very warm, and shower with nice hot water; after walking during the day in the snow , we really appreciated it.
I just didnt like the breakfast. It is served in an old kitchen, does not look really clean. All the plates with food are placed in a table with an old table mat and I am not really sure if the food was fresh. The coffee was not really hot everyday I used the microwave to make it hotter.
I guess if they can just fix this detail, the residence will be perfect.

The staff has been always very nice with us, giving us information and helping us with everything.
Istambul is beautiful and I will go back for sure.

Great Location

This hotel is in a very good location, near Taksim Square, so it is easy to arrive from the airport with a bus and also to use public transport to move around the city. Our room was big, comfortable and very new. The staff was nice and helpful, specially the guy who stays at reception at night. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Very good hotel

I stayed at this apartment hotel with my family for 5 nights in September 2014 in a premium suite room.  I booked it directly through the hotel's website and it cost me 370 Euros for 3 adults and 1 toddler. The hotel's location is only 5 minutes away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue by foot (Beginning of Tarlabasi Road in South West of Taksim Sq.) but finding it for the first time is a real headache. The hotel should consider providing a guide map to the guests when they book a room. The room itself was equipped with a useful kitchenette (including a refrigerator and a washing machine, cutleries and dishes). There was no dishwashing liquid nor a washing machine powder available. An LED TV and a satellite receiver were available too. There were spacious drawers in the room and it was really helpful. When we checked in, I found the toilet fan and some light lamps in the room were defective. I informed the reception and it was quickly repaired and replaced the day after. Also the laminate parquet flooring needed mopping which was promptly taken care of. There were 3 guys in the reception (Oguz, Serdar and Ulac) and all of them were friendly and really willing to assist. Every request we had was answered politely and quickly. The breakfast is served between 8 to 10 and it is mainly a Turkish one with enough choices for a budget apt hotel. Wi-Fi reception is decent and the speed is awesome. The extra bed we asked for was buckled in the middle so we asked them to remove it since my father got back ache and he decided to sleep on the couch in front of the TV. The sheets and towels were clean and spotless. There is an electric kettle in the room with complementary teabag and coffee (Nescafe). The room is also equipped with an A/C Split. If you close the windows you cannot hear the noise and bustle of the street.

Turan Cd. has some shops you can buy everyday needs from (drinks, fruits, etc.). Always ask the guys in the reception to get a taxi for you since the taxi drivers in Istanbul overcharge the tourists.

To sum up, this is a very good and safe budget hotel in the heart of Istanbul which will be a good base for your Istanbul trip. I definitely recommend it to anyone who does not look for luxury and enjoys basic perfection. It still needs some improvements but even with its tiny flaws it is still a good and pleasing place. My sincere thanks to Oguz and his colleagues for making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

Decent & Centrally Located Apartment Hotel in Istanbul

We stayed at Full House for 5 nights to explore Istanbul.
We were offered tea on arrival and discussed plans for our first day with 'Ozzie', a very helpful young man with good english skills.
The room was clean and comfortable, it was cleaned every day with fresh towels and shower gel, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet for the location it was in, right next to Taxim square.
The breakfast was very turkish, not what im used to but it was easy to find something to like amongst the wide range.
'Ozzie' was really thoughtful with trying to help us get the best out each thing we wanted to do in Istanbul. He recommended one turkish bath for us and arranged for us to be picked up from the hotel. This was not particularly cheap but it was really something. I was expecting a little sauna and scrub but we received: sauna, steam room, scrub with both exfoliater and then salt, soap suds more scrubbing, massage and even hair washing. Couples could go together just the two of us in the rooms so i felt really comfortable with my boyfriend there, we both had girls bathing us. We paid 50 euro. 
We also experienced the most authentic and best Kebap in an unlikely tiny shop right next door to the hotel. You must try! And if you need a hair cut while you are there look directly across the road. My boyfriend claimed it was the best hair cut he ever had for 20 turkish liras.
'Ozzie' also told us of a bus back to the airport 10 mins walk from the hotel that was mostly just used by locals, it about 10 times cheaper than any taxi. Company name 'Havatas'
All in all i had absolutely nothing to complain about with our experience at Full House.
