Warning: It is NOT a 4 stars hotel. The pictures are from time of their last renovations.
I stay at this hotel with my wife for a two weeks vacation. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back. The manager or owner (The tall guy at the lobby) charged me TEN DOLLARS ($10) for a hand towel upon my check out. He personally walk to my taxi and stop the taxi driver. How rude? and really a small hand towel cost $10 in Istanbul. He just want get extra money from a customer whom stay for three weeks. I pay $10 tips for one time meal.
I made a big mistake to book this hotel through third-party website and I was not able to get refund.
Pro:
Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.
Free breakfast buffet if stay for few days, but after three day it gets boring.
Staff at the breakfast buffet were nice and helpful
Cons:
Rooms and bathrooms are tiny.
Rooms have no view.
At day time going by taxi is almost impossible.
I promised queen bed and we got two single beds.
House keeping service awful. If you stay, make sure to check bed sheets and pillow covers.
Noisy street below the hotel.
Lobby's furniture are beat up, dirty and old.
Beds are uncomfortable and sheets are old.
This is my recommendation for future guests. Stay away from this hotel, and find a nice hotel and make sure you can cancel your booking if you are not happy. If you walking-in to other hotel in the same area, you will get much better deals and better hotels

Horrible Experience

My favorite place to stay and take my friend in İstanbul!! The view at breakfast looking out at the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofya and the Bosporous is fabulous. The breakfast is incredible! Great selection and. They have drip coffe. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. I have been bring ing groups here for yrs. The spa /hamam is a nice relief after touring and shopping all day,

Incredible way to start the day: comfortable sleep but astounding views while you have an incredible breakfast.

Before we start can I just say I have not stayed in this hotel but I visited to see if I could have a meal on rooftop restaurant for New Year’s Eve the gentlemen on reception where so helpful it was unbelievable they worked so hard finding me a venue for New Years Eve I’m a solo traveller so it’s important that everything is peace of mind they arranged everything and I had the best New Years Eve ever thank you 🙏 for your help and assistance if I came to Istanbul again I would definitely stay at this hotel it looked clean beautiful and really good position to visit everything thank you 

Friendly and helpful

First time in a 3 Star hotel but was amazing, very clean and good average size rooms, if you want to be very near to all Historical places in Sultan Ahmet this is the Hotel, its literally 5/10 min walking to everywhere. Mosques/ Restaurants/Shopping, the Rooftop is amazing as you see in the website, staff are also very good, Emre/Murat/ Jafer, and not forgetting the manager Miss Bade very helpful, Breakfast also good as they have most items like Fresh Fruits, Yogurts/ all Salads/couple of Hot Dishes/ Boiled Eggs, But have to pay for Omelettes or Fried Eggs as its Extra which i think its odd, i dont think this should be charged for what we paid for rooms. i would definitely go back if in that area and prices were OK.

By the way u can enjoy live music at the restaurant!
Delicious food with good wines.
Prices were very reasonable!

Missing Lady Diana 

Horrible experience with the spa.  We were coming from a different hotel and was told we would be getting a ride.  A guide showed up and told us we’ll be walking 10 min which in reality was about 20.  We then found out they only accept cash (no card for a hotel experience) and don’t have a jacuzzi as they advertise they do.  People were walking around in towels and the employees are half dressed in the lobby.  We ended up leaving and walking back to our hotel.  Not at all what we were looking for.

Bad experience don’t recommend

Very good hotell.  Simple but so nice and cozy. Very good service. The spa is amazing. Near to the Bazar. Beautiful view from the terrace.  Enjoyed my time in the hotel. I strongly recommend  this hotel. 

Madeleine first time In  Istanbul

I really recommand this hotel.  Good quality and very close to the tourist attractions.  The waiters are very kind espacially Seyit, he told us about the story of the city and also acted like a really professional. Great  experience, i will come back here for sure! 

Great Place, good food, very close to the main attractions.

My wife and I had the chance to stay at this lovely establishment on the last two days of 2022 and three nights in January 2023. It was a lovely experience. The hotel is very well located, walking distance from Haga Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Additionally, the rooftop, were a breakfast buffet was served, offers a great view of the Blue Mosque. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Finally, the hotel´s staff was very friendly and catered to all our needs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in any future trip to Istanbul.  

Great Hotel 

We stayed in Lady Diana for 6 nights. The hotel was cozy and nice. The service was very good and the employees were very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel with a view, perhaps this hotel is not your best choice. Yet, everything else was great. The rooftop terrace restaurant had all the view but not in the rooms.

It is a good and cozy place to stay and is close to Sultanahmed's tramway station, a 5 min walk and very close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
