First of all you must understand that we are not talking about a normal hotel,actually we are talking here about a "piece from hell" or better to call it "the nightmare",for the last 7 years I've been traveling abroad at least twice a year and I've never stayed in such a place.
First of all,it will take you a long time to find This thing which is wrongfully called "hotel" as they don't believe in signs not even a paper to say "hotel" and when you complete your first mission and find the door don't be surprised when you discover that there is no Reception office,only a desk and a man who doesn't speak any language even Turkish I guess,this man supposed to check you in.
Checking in is very easy,no papers,no passports,no security so don't worry if you are a terrorist or you are just a thug,you will be smoothly checked in as nobody sees or checks any papers.
Then you can find any room you want and just take it.
About the smell of the hotel  please don't think that there is something wrong,this is the normal smell of the hotel and don't complain too much,just wait to discover the smell inside the rooms to understand that the smell of the public toilets on the streets is much better.
The smell in the room will push you strongly to spend as much as you can of your trip on the streets.
Sometimes you will find some insects show in your room like bugs,flies and if you are lucky you will meet the big cockroach which came to me once during my one week stay,but please don't harm them as the owners of the "hotel" try to breed them and save their lives.
About the neighborhood,I think that the"hotel's" street is the most dirtiest street in whole "Beyogulu" district,after 9 pm you can find a group of the dirtiest and cheapest street girls and which will give you the very uncomfortable  feeling every night.
About room service,don't ever dare to dream that someone will come one day to clean your room but you can ask them and be sure that they will come and clean your room but the big surprise will be that no any difference between "before" and "after" cleaning will be found.
About WIFI ,"SOMETIMES" it works properly .
Don't stay at this hotel if you don't want to live the spirit of "Alcatraz" prison.

The Nightmare

- There is no name (label, sign) of the hotel out side, so you can not see where it is. 
- The reception is in other building in basement and very poor and bad quality welcome.
- The hotel located in among disco places, thus you can not have sleep until 5 morning.
- The room is very badly equipped and a lot of fungi in room, bathrooms and on stairs. 
- The staff is not professional and do not speak English or at least saying that they do not speak English to avoid arguing with the unhappy customers.
- Internet does not work properly
- No breakfast
- They do not change or offer to change Bed linen and towels or clean the rooms daily.
- This hotel should be removed from the list of Booking.com and all other similar web sites
