This “hotel” is a joke… Everything is dirty, moldy. The photos on booking are simply a scam… At home our dog’s house is cleaner… We left the hotel within 30 minutes… Asked for a refund from booking… Avoid this hotel… The staff can’t speak english at all.

I work as a hotel manager in Sweden and I can tell that this property should immediately be removed from the Expedia Group network. This property does not run a regular hotel business. My advice shortly to all future guests: Rather sleep on a chair in the transit area of Istanbul Airport terminal than to choose and book this so-called ,,hotel”. Please see carefully the attached pictures from the ,,Superior upgraded room”.

Very Poor: READ! Before booking!

Worst, most dirty place i have been. Rooms smell to cigarettes. bathroom is unbelievably dirty, see pictures. I left directly after i saw the room. They forced me to pay for the 2 nights otherwise i couldnt get my passport back. i paid and left. 

Sakın gelmeyin, hayatimdaki en kotu hotel!

Wonderful location staff  is helpful rooms are cleaned every day. Great thanks to mr.Gulom and for house keeper woman Izolda. 
Next time when I get chance surely I will come back.

Hotel renesans

I liked the localisation of the hotel. Close to Bayezit, Sultanahmet square,  from the other side wholesaling centers. Personal in reception are very kind specially Mr.Gulom and Abubekir the owner of the hotel. Also I liked fish restaurants in Kumkapi center. There is a live music and fresh fish foods. With a great pleasure I recommend you when you visit Istanbul stay in this hotel. Thanks to hotel team for organizing wonderful tour program for me.

Super Star Hotel

Its the most awful hotel i have ever been. Don't go . Very dirty. Although I told them that I was going to leave the hotel they told me that I had to pay for the next day. If someone is going to pay me to stay in this hotel I would not accept it.

Awful 

Just a scary little hotel. Full of moll and dirty. Situated into a strange area into Istanbul Favela. The owner is also owner of Kumcapi Konagi a more nicer hotel but if you have reservation there (as I have) he will invent all sort of stories (like for us he told us the hotel is fluded) and send to this boarding house (I thing is better to call it like this and not a hotel). Don;t go there and avoid both of the hotel at all cost. Istanbul have a lot of beautiful and cheap hotels.
