We had the purple suite, the view on the Bosphore is spendide and the location of the building allows sunshine to come inside all along the day. Very quite area overlooking a school. 
Close to Taskim square, riverside and facilities. Bathroom & Bedroom cozy, very nice living space with open kitchen.

Nice Suite in Taksim

I am actually from Istanbul, but have been living abroad for a while. When I get back to my home town for short stays, Ayaspaşa is my first choice. First of all, location is the most important fact for me in Istanbul unless having a private car. This apart hotel is quite near to Taksim square (ca. 7 mins by foot), and 5 mins from Kabataş, where you can get a ferry to cross the sea (only to Bostancı I assume. Also possible to take a boat to Maiden's Tower) or get into the tram to reach to historic Sultanahmet district. Except this, the second most attractive thing is the beautiful scenery of bosphorus which you have from the White, and Panaromic rooms. Rooms offers everything you need from a dishwasher to DVD player. Owners are also quite helpful, genial and can be reached round the clock. To make it short, I heartily recommend everyone this great apart hotel.

first the Aparts owner Mr. Aos was very helpful and always trying to help and give me let checkout for 6 hours, Mahmoud the building staff was helpful too, the view from the bedroom and the other room was wonderful, small super market very close to the building, very clean very confutable all the kitchen equipment is available.

beautiful stay at Apart Ayaspasa

This is a great apartment type accommodation complete with modern furnishings, wifi and kitchen. Two small grocery stores are near by and easy to access. The apartment is ideally located close to the Taksim Square area and Kabatas tramway and boats area. If you need to get to the airports - Attaturk or Sabiha Gokcen - there is Havas bus from Taksim that takes you for about 5 to 12 Turkish liras so it can be a really economical option instead of taking a taxi or private car.
The property is located on top of a hill if you are coming from Kabataş and at the bottom of the hill if you need to access it from Taksim square. The path to the apartment is cobble stone roads that are on an incline but also have steps.The apartment itself has no lift so will need to climb up stairs to get to your individual room, however the two guys who run Ayaspasa are very helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and were always willing to help with any questions or requests we had.     
Overall, we had a very positive stay and would absolutely go back again
