It was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. It was not as good as it looks in the photos. The furnitures were so old and broken. Even one of our beds was broken. The hair dryer was also broken. Even the door of the bathroom was broken.
I do not recommend it at all. 
With the same price as this hotel we could get a better hotel in Istanbul.

Terrible

I was quick to book this hotel, which was a mistake, we booked 2 rooms for 4 days each, once there, we faced some serious problems. Rooms were so dirty and out of shape that we only stayed there for about 4 hourd and checked out for something else. Bed was dirty, room in general was out of shape, bathroom was a disaster, shower head did not work, water was floating to the floor once we used the toilet...avoid it if you can.

Never again

The hotel is a scam. Pictures you see on booking sites are not close to the reality. It is located on filthy street. The hotel its of is filthy as well. The rooms are very small. We are four people and got a Rome of 5 by 6 meter and a bathroom. The room is outdated. It service is poor. The staff is not respectful. The don’t have even extra sheets. The AC is not working properly. No sound isolation you can hear almost everything going in the street.

Filthiest hotel in Istanbul so far

We spent 2 nights in this hotel,location was great ,just 5 minutes walking to subway  and taksim square.(except the sloping alley which could be a problem in snowy days.)
Room was spacious and  quiet with clean beds.
Bathroom was old ,needed to be renewed.
Staff were very helpful and polite.
Overall it was  value for  money.

Value for money

It could be better, Mr young receptionist were very kind and recpectful,bed is dirty , coridors was same but really this hotel is close to taksim ٫ I won’t take the hotel in taksim anymore, floor 4 to floor 5 didn’t have elevator 


Not bad not good

We stay in Santa Lucia in July 2019, The rooms are very small and breakfast was very simple however that we reserved for room only. All around Taksim Square is full of cafe that served breakfast, like Simit Saray, Starbucks and... You can order all kinds of Simit or Burek with fresh orange juice. But if you need to stay very very near to Taksim Square, this hotel is very suitable. Distance from Taksim Square is less than a minute and about a minute is to metro and bus station. There are some small shops near the hotel that you can buy essential accessories. The way to Taksim Square is uphill (about 10 meters) and if you have pain in the knee, you are in a problem. اگر دنبال جایی برای خواب هستید و نزذیکی به میدان تقسیم براتون مهمه این هتل جای خیلی مناسبیه. صبحانه اش رو نگیرید و بجاش هرروز تو یکی از کافه های اطراف میدون صبحانه میل کنید.
مسیرش تا میدون (حدود 10 متر) سربالایی داره که ممکنه کمی اذیت کنه

Room very near Taksim square

The hotel location is veryyy near istiklal street but however it's in a very small road where it was full of garbage and other buildings can look at your room so keep your curtains closed.staff was composed of two persons one am shift and the other pm the am shift omar is perfect friendly and very helpful where as the pm shift he doesn't talk always upset. One of the nights i came late around 2 am to the hotel i was going to sit in the lobby which is supposed to be 24/7 he started shouting not to sit here he sleeps there i told him this is the lobby his amswer was like this "lobby closed i sleep here! go"the rooms where clean but the bomb of this was that i was surprised that all keys of the rooms are master keys in other words the key of my room could open any room in the hotel i tried this on the 2 other rooms that where with us and same with them. I told them about this they did nothing till the day we left they were like we spoke to the person who did the keys we are going to pay 1100$ to fix this problem (i dont believe that) breakfast is something you would laugh about a slice of tomato 3 slices w cucumber 2 slices of uneatable meat and 3 small packs of honey cheese and bread.if you actually pay 20 liras which is less than 5$ at that time you would get a perfect breakfast anywhere in taksim.
But can't deny the fact that omar was the best thing in this place.other than that i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

Won't advise you

Excellent hotel , great location , clean rooms , comfortable beds , friendly staff , close to the most important places , very close to taksim square and istiklal street , if I will back to Istanbul definitely I will book in this hotel , recommended 😅👍

The rating is mostly for the location of the hotel which is really good - just 5 minutes walking distance from Taksim Square! And that too, not anywhere inside a tiny lane but very much on the vicinity of the main road. 
Room was good in terms of space - nice and spacious as compared to other boutique hotels in Istanbul. But scores really low on customer service. Out of the 4 nights we stayed there, our room was not cleaned for 3 nights and the one time it was cleaned was because we reached back early one day and asked for it to be cleaned urgently! They just have one helper who is not active in her job and max cleaning she will do is change towels and bed covers! The toiletries kept in the room were all empty and were not refilled until requested. The attendant at the reception are not that active either and will ask you to come to the reception for anything your ask ... And sometimes even forgetting that you asked for something! 
Overall, just a fine experience in terms of room conveniences and awesome for location!
