Worst apartment in Galata . Don’t trust the photos from them ! Bad cleaning service 
Worst place I have been to . Cheap decor bad maintenance. I will never be back to this place ever 
Omar was nice when I was there after I left the won’t answer my calls I want invoice because they canceled my booking thru booking.com they block me and won’t answer me

Room is not cleaning daily
Rooms need renovation especially the bathrooms (broken sinks , etc )
Water is the biggest problem you cant have enough water to get shower !!!!
Dirty apartment smell badly in the night times especially the entrance 
Arap customers who stays in the hotel is so rude even we called the management they didnt stopped them 2.30 am still awake !!!!

The worst ever !!!!!

This place (I can't call this one as a hotel) is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in!! The bed was made but not changed from the previous occupants. Everything in the room looks old and dirty. Room smells so bad. The floor looks gross, the stained bedsheet was like a nightmare. You can not see the ceiling of the bathroom because of the mould. You can find much better accommodation alternatives around Galata area with the same price range. If you choose to stay here, you are going to regret every second you spend in there.

Stay away!!! - Filthiest Hotel I have ever stayed!

Location : Galata ( 10 Min from Istiklal ) Staff : Friendly rooms : Rooms are not suit. They are studio but Rooms are far away from photos. Very old , seems dirty and many things are broken. TV does not work.  Not comfortable bed and dirty Linens. WC same too. Very old. If you do not mind where do you stay ( Hotel or Home ) you should definitely choose different one. Photos are belongs to Room 12

The pictures on the site are of course beautiful, but not all is so fresh and beautiful, the furniture is a little browned and the cabinets with the cupboards are also. The kitchen is there, but in one of our rooms the plate didn't work, we invited the masters, we did the evaluation. The televisions were not immediately connected, they came too. Birthday in Istanbul!

We rented an apartment for 6 people, on arrival in the surprise apartment the pictures on Booking.com are very different from the reality, curtains falling, complaints hanging off, dirty chairs, salpeter and mushrooms in the bathrooms painted paper hanging off, ceiling with leakage traces!! equipment missing a few matched plates no spoons no glasses no casserole, microwave after claim not enough sheets, towels or cushions for 6 people claimed Finally repeatedly, the TV doesn't work!! here's to you to see thank you Booking.com

I'm going to fly.

We've been here for 7 days, everything is nice, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the location is great, you can walk to the Galatasaray tower and to the Eminoino, the room is large and spacious, there are dishes, you can cook, but the internet is a weak signal.

Good apartments.

It was all perfect. Location is very nice. Very Relaxed atmosphere with staff available the offer help if needed. Very stylish and modern . LOVELY place to stay at. Staff is very kind and helpful. EXCELLENTTTT

Excellent

After being forced to leave our first apartment (Almondhill Apartments) as the police had closed it We searched for a room for our last nights stay and this place was what we selected. 

I have to stay they were friendly helpful and accomodating, we called around 1am to see if a room could be available earlier than their normal check in time of 14:00pm and due to our curcumstances they allowed us in the room by 10am. This helped relieve some if the stress caused from the previous place we had stayed.

The hotel is well situation right near Tophane tram station and round the corner from Galata Tower and the main street leading to Taksim square. The Room we stayed in was a Deluxe suit with Spa Bath it was amazing, just like a home from home and the bed was so comfy, I wished we had booked this place from the start. 

The staff are so lovely and can speak English the hotel is clean and smells lovely as u walk around it as they have scented wicks dispalyed all over with flowers, it was just amazing.

Thank you again for accomdating us at such short notice we will return in the future.

Last minute accommodation

The suite absolutely didn't match the details. Everything was broken and dirty. Next to our room, the couple was arguing loudly from the reception in Arabic. Paper walls as if we were in the same room. We complained and left the hotel immediately. They assured us that we didn't have to pay. The hotel withdrew the amount after a week. If they had kept their promise and at least let us pay nothing for this expense, this would have been the only thing I could call a positive about this break-in.
