The service was great, the staff was super friendly and always helping out well whenever we had a question. Room was clean and everything in the room was working and in good condition. Breakfast is in the 5th floor with a nice view over the city. The hotel is in a narrow street with 30 seconds walking distance to the Galata Tower. The whole area is very nice and cute with all its small cafes and stores. Metro and the Istiklal shopping street are
