We took a room with shared kitchen in Lycia Sun Villa for our stay.

The host of the villa Canan did everything to make our stay really comfortable and cozy like at home, so we felt great.
The villa also has a large roof with a table and a sofa where you can enjoy the view of Kalkan or watch the stars at night. 
The kitchen has everything you need for your own cooking.
The villa has a very convenient location, 10-15 minutes walk from the city beach in the bay, a short walk from the villa to the Migros grocery and other restaurants, there is also a small wild beach within walking distance. 
My wife and I were very pleased our stay.

Mediterranean coast visit

It was our first time in Kalkan and we couldn't have stayed in a better place. 
Clean,tidy, excellent hosts, well equipped kitchen and outside BBQ, very comfortable large bed, great water pressure in the shower thank you Janann and Ali we will definitely be back.

Fabulous home from home in the sun

Stayed here on a number of occasions. The owners Ali and Canan are lovely people and Canan even treats you to her lovely cooking. The apartments are studio but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple with 2 ring cooker, fridge and kettle. King size bed and good size bathroom. So quiet and often had the place to myself. Lovely pool and very close to town  can't recommend enough and a real bargain. A hidden gem for sure

Fabulous

Me and my children stayed at LyciaSun Villa’s cozy studio for three days in our Kalkan journey. Owner was great host, the flat was well-equipped and clean. Everything needed, WLAN, air-conditioning, cooking supplies etc., were working properly. The location was super quite, which is very good to me for my little boys should go to sleep till 10pm. 
 Villa is quite well located, five minutes walking distance to old town and harbor. Our studio had a nice terrace and private pool clean and well maintained, but the Kalkan beach was only a few minute walk away and by 15 minutes driving you can find Kaputas and Patara beaches - both are worth to journey.
We have enjoyed every moment of our staying, and highly recommend.

three days in paradise-KALKAN

Stayed here for just over a week and had a lovely relaxing time. Ali and Canan were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment (king studio) was really spacious and well equipped including air con. The accommodation is central for the town with a lovely sea view walk. There are also local shops nearby which are very handy. The pool is small but beautifully cool and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.... Missing it already!

Wonderful stay... Loved it!

Stayed here for a month last year, so quite and relaxed I had to come again.
There are three small studio apartments located below the owners, Ali's villa, with its own pool and patio.
The studio's are clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, air conditioning, fridge, 2 electric rings, if you want to feed yourself, kettle, toaster, double bed, wardrobe, well everything you need.
Located off Kalamar Road and within easy reach of town, yet hidden away a real gem of a find, being selfish I wish I could keep it to myself, but love it so much returning again later this year.
