We have just had a 10 night stay in the Oase Apartments (apartment 3), the whole place is immaculate and kept so clean, the apartment has 2 balconys, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, large bedroom and lounge area with lots of storage space, the pool area is lovely and so peaceful with plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, there is also a roof terrace, the location is great, a short walk into the centre but on a quiet street with a great coffee shop opposite, the owners live at the property so are on hand if you have any questions and are so friendly and made our holiday perfect, so a huge thank you to Memet and Elizabeth for their lovely hospitality and we hope to return in the future.

Oase Apartments

We stayed for three nights here and had an enjoyable time.  However the shower water pressure was poor, one of the outside doors didn’t lock, and the toilet and bedroom doors didn’t shut properly.  The air conditioning was noisy and the owner actually came in to the bedroom  to try and adjust the air conditioning unit because it was keeping him awake!  Also we struggled with the wifi connection as it kept dropping out.  Apartment 3 was very nice with otherwise good facilities and the location was excellent.

Before we left we made a booking with him to stay next year for a week and thought all was well until I received a very abrupt message from the owner stating that he had cancelled our booking because he didn’t like the rating we had left for the apartment on Booking.com and that it had dropped his overall rating by .1 from 9.6 to 9.5.  I left a rating of 7.5 which I thought was rated good, but he obviously didn’t feel it was good enough.

So although Oase apartment is nice, the whole experience has left a bad taste in the mouth and whilst we are obviously not welcome there, we wouldn’t want to go back anyway!

Owner behaved in a strange way

The apartment is spotless and has everything required  for a great holiday.
The owners are genuine and lovely people who go out of their way to make you feel  comfortable.
Pool and rooftop space are  also spotless  with  ample beds and cushions there is also an  honesty bar for convenience.
Had a really great time thank you.

Great Location and apartment

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks (15th-29th September) in Oase Apart and it was brilliant. 
Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom with plenty storage space. Every apartment has a south facing balcony with table and chairs and amazing sea views. There is pool with plenty of sun loungers and an honesty bar, just help yourself, write down what you’ve taken with your apartment number.  There is also a well furnished roof terrace with fabulous views of Kalakan and sea. All the outside areas are immaculate. The whole apartment has air-con and is spotlessly clean with frequent towel and bed linen change. 
The owner and his wife (Memet and Elizabeth)are very friendly and helpful and are resident so no worries about security.  Memet arranged for us to be met at the airport and transferred directly to the apartment, just fantastic after a delayed night flight. Transfer takes just under 2 hours and 50 euros each way.
Kalkan is stunning and Oase apartment is right in the center but on a quiet pedestrianised street so it is really peaceful.  
I would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in everyway

We stayed at Oase apartments for four nights in June. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and brand new. The apartment was a large split level apartment, with white tiling, large rooms and a big balcony overlooking the sea. The place was very clean and had a good shower and well equipped kitchen. There was a swimming pool downstairs which was also great. The other really nice thing about the apartment was the amazing location. We were minutes away from Kalkan's cute little streets with restaurants and cafés, but the apartment itself was in a quiet pedestrianised street. There was a bakery and supermarket nearby. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay there again!
