Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive 

What an amazing place to visit again. After three visits last year we have decided to return at Arum Barut Collection where we once again found politeness, respect, professionalism, quality, class and everything you need while on vacation. After our fourth visit here this hotel has yet again not failed to meet our expectations and deliver what it is standing for, high quality service, amazing food, spotless accommodation, serene views, cocktails and drinks to die for. Restaurant was recently refurbished and it looks absolutely stunning, everything is new, beautifully decorated, an amazing place to enjoy your evenings. Most professional and respectful staff, most of whom are English and German speakers, well mannered and quick to respond to any of their gusts requests. I’m taking this opportunity to thank Mr Bekir Pehlivan FDM, for he’s amazing way to deliver such an amazing experience, and for being such an amazing leader, always present, always in control and always respectful, friendly and kind. Many thanks to Mr Emre Erdem RDM, for being such an amazing host, for his kind, respectful and professional manner in dealing with his guests and for keeping such high standards and always meeting everyone’s expectations. Thanks to Bayram from the front desk, for his professionalism and for accommodating our family immediately after we have arrived. It was our pleasure to see Serkan Can again, who from day one of our visit last year to the last day of our forth, never stopped to impress with his pleasant manner and personality, providing professional service to all guests in equal manner. Nevertheless it was our great pleasure to see Mustafa again and being served impeccably every night, flawlessly and always with a smile, thank you for that. It was nice to meet Omer at Begonya Beach Bar, lovely to see how much he had progressed, getting more confident although our son missed his friend at the Pool Bar. Really enjoyed our visit to Akasya À la carte Restaurant and meet Hassan Őz, delicious food, lovely atmosphere and especially great service. Need to mention Sefa, the newest addition to the animation team, very pleasant and friendly and very well mannered. And as well was happy to see so many other familiar faces, too many to mention, it was our pleasure to see you all again and promise to return soon.
