We visited the wonderful Cennet in August and I couldn’t be happier with the service, rooms, cleanliness of the whole place and pool. The owners and their son are very hospitable and kind. They genuinely care about your stay and your needs are always met. The food was delicious and overall I would like to thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Incredibly hospitable and clean

Arrived at this hotel/apartments unannounced after leaving a different apartment complex. 
Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Mert, a friendly, super helpful young man who attended to us and made us feel welcome. A little later we met the rest of our hosts Ozlam,(MUM), Ali (dad/cook) sorry great cook. Emray a fine help making sure that you have anything you need. 
Nothing is too much of a problem or worry for them to them to organise or help with. The rooms are spotless and super comfortable, cleaned regularly and left with little flourish's. 
The pool is perfect for young families and adults with plenty of sunbeds and a pool table, music,
Close to all amenities. The beach is only a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment.  But a bus stop is right outside the entrance,  and at 8/10 Turkish lira one arrives every 10 minutes straight into Ataturk. So if you fancy a great holiday i hope this information will influence your decision.

It was amazing to see but no surprise that the hotel was so busy. It's simple really the team of Ali Ozlem and Mert make it so special and home from home. With the food produced by Ali second to none. See you next year if all goes to plan!! THANK YOU

Hotel was full when everywhere else was very quiet!!

They couldn’t do enough for us! Hospitality was amazing, the staff were soo friendly. Food is fantastic. Yes the hotel is basic but it’s got all you need, very clean and you feel like a little family there. My other half has been here a number out times and I can see why. Will definitely be back next year with the kids!! 

Lush!

We stayed here for 10 days in sept/oct. on arrival we received a warm welcome. We were put in the attic room. We lasted 1 night in there. My OH is 6’3” and almost knocked himself out on the sloping ceilings. When we mentioned it to the ozlam she said we could move when a room became available.  The room is BASIC. A 2 ring cooker & a kettle. Very limited cooking utensils. The hotel is clean and our room was cleaned almost every other day. The food at the hotel is very good Ali is a very good cook. The problem with this hotel is if you just want a base, a clean bed and a shower, but want to eat out and explore the area you will become invisible. We were there during the Thomas cook downfall and although the hotel was almost empty, after our flight was changed from a am flight to a late night flight she would only let us keep the room until 4:30pm and charged us £10 to do so. In fact when we informed her our flight had changed to a late flight she suggested we wait at the airport. (13hrs)  Ali & the young lady who works there were lovely but ozlam needs to realize that it is a self catering hotel and not everyone wants to eat & drink in the hotel every day. On the good side the location is great a 5 min walk in any direction will get you to the beach or the armutalan area where there are plenty of places to eat & drink.  The bus stops right outside the hotel. 
Would I stay here again? Probably I know what to expect  but I would warn anyone else to be prepared to be ignored.

Love this place 3rd year we have been here. Perfect place to chill and catch the sun. Thanks again see you next year. Rooms have just been refurbished to a great standard. Food is awesome. Close to all the local shops and beach. 

2019 another year at the Cennet 

Have stayed at cennet a few times over the years and loved it! this holiday stayed with family group at other hotel but still come to eat and drink ,visit our home from home. Ozlem + Ali sooooo lovely always welcoming p.s they make brilliant cocktails and food omg! To classic meals to beautiful Turkish delights well worth a stay and visit x

Home! From home!

What a fabulous place to stay been going the last 3 years and we always leave crying Ali ozlem and mert are like family and cannot do enough for you had a lovely day out on boat trip with them Ali food is fab we will all see you next year

Love this place mainly due to the family team who run it as nothing is a problem,The quality of the rooms. The great food especially Sunday Roast. Also great location to see everything and get about. Thank You Ali, Ozlem and the rest of the family (Great to see Emre joining as the apprentice)

Another great holiday at the Cennet with the family

Stayed here with family in October.  Ali and Ozlem and her family made us feel so welcome we felt like part of a big family. Nothing was too much trouble , even went out of the way to get certain products for us.
Cennet apartments are central for the beach and Armutalan area.
Will definitely be visiting again
