We stayed here with friends for 2 weeks in August 2014 what a place we walked thru the door and the owner was counting how many of us got off the bus there was 9 of us they were only expecting 8 got to the room very basics but what do you expect for the price our friends daughter wen too the loo can came bk with the flush in her hand. Then the bar man/cleaner/ manager was running to the hotel over the road to get an extra bed we walked around Marmaris for 4 hours looking for another hotel but didn't have any luck as it was August so was very busy. The bathrooms had no glass in the little Windows do if you was showering anyone could see you never again would we go bk to this hotel don't know how it got 2 stars in first place 

Holiday from hell

I came here with my friend. We was shocked by how small it was. When we first walked in we was talking to a room that smelt funny and the balcony was over looking a field. We asked for a different room which they lead us to.
The rooms are not to bad for a 2 star you can't complain. 
I was on a girly holiday and we sunbathed Al day and partied all night, so we wasn't in the room much at all. 
We saw a cockroach or two. Also the balcony door don't lock and we was on the ground floor.
It's ok for a girly holiday , not for. Couple or a family.

You get what you pay for 

I have never seen apartments so bad. Dirty pool,broken doors and windows.Broken tiles.A sofa bed held together with different coloured wool. Dirty toilet and broken shower.Poor electrics that fused each time you use an appliance. ie hairdryer. Advertised as self catering and no cooking facilities.I know all apartments in turkey are basic. But there is basic and hovels.

worse place in marmaris to stay

Never again would I stay in that place again Martin who thinks he is the owner but he is not it was to nosiey and it was dirty we had to take are own rubbish out every day the Room Never cleaned the shower was broke and the toilet was broken when we would go out for r tea Martin would insulte you and everyone who we met asked us were was staying and when we would tell them they would say that dump
The only two people where so very helpful and got on with all the costoms was Stefan and Irene they were most helpful and they went out of there way to try and make your holiday special but the golden moon is DEFFO a big fat NO NO

What a [--]

Arrived and was walking towards a dark building, was escorted around to reception at the back past the pool, not warned that there was just enough room to fit the suitcases, thanks to good eyesight could have taken a dunking.
The manager had to be woken from his bed to greet us, 
The room was Terrible.  The patio door didn't lock the handle just turned in the door. had to rest the cases at the door.  The kitchen area was dirty the silicone around the counter top was patchwork and mouldy.
The sofa bed mattress was stained, the bedside lamps in the room didn't work.
The plug sockets looked lethal and covered in some mess.  
We requested a downstairs room was put on the 1st floor The manager stated he could move us in 3 days and fix the patio  door in the morning.  He struggled to close it back.
The toilets stank and the bathroom floor was wet, from the toilet no doubt.  
When we complained to the rep the next day excuses were mad, ' small family run business' .  Also was interrupted by a very rude member of staff staying the room was good enough and talking in Turkish to the rep about us which was not very friendly. We didn't stay one night. we took our bags and stayed at another hotel in the reception until a room was available at our own extra cost as the rep said it was out of his hands to move us,  we would have to contact On the Beach at our cost.
The rep said he would check on us at the other hotel but never did.
Don't waste your money this place is as other reviews say. horrible, nasty and the staff are so rude. not a way to start a holiday.
