On our trip we stayed relatively spontaneously in the karia. The family provided us with a good meal in the evenings and was very hospitable. The breakfast was also very good. We would recommend it further.

Good nutrition

Thank you for the hospitality of Mesut Beya, Serpil Hanum and all the other members of the team!!! We stayed with the family for only 5 days. Everything was great. The hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, the food, etc. were at the highest level. We were very satisfied.

Kariya apart.pension

We stayed for six nights.  The rooms are clean, cool, and airy.  We ate a huge delicious breakfast outside each morning in their shady garden area.  They are right next to the beach, and within walking distance to other even more secuded, quaint coves if you want to explore during your stay.

The perfect place to stay in Datça!

We loved our 3 nights here in very quiet & beautiful gardens, modern facilities, lovely balcony, close to the beach and super helpful & caring staff. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to come back one day!
 Rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great shower, and lovely home baking & coffee provided. Datca peninsula is our favourite part of Turkey, still unspoilt - come & see!

Picture Perfect

We've just spent two amazing weeks at the Karia Apart by the Ovabükü bay. Our stay was very comfortable and we really felt at home thanks to the owners Serpil hanım and Anıl abi. The sea was so beautiful and as there are lots of bays around, you get to see all different kinds of beaches and sea. One day it would get lots of waves which is fun for kids to play, the other day it would be steady. In short the place is a paradise. Lots of almond and olive trees around. Natural food and fresh air, we've just arrived home and we want to go back :))

15 days of happiness

Karia Apart & Pension is one of the best in the area. 
Family owned property was very peaceful and quite. Our hosts Mesut and Serpil were very friendly and helpful in every possible way. They practically guided us; where to swim, where to eat, what to buy. They also recommended sight-seeing tour destinations. 

Karia's breakfast was delicious with local dishes, olives, marmalades and jams. I strongly recommend to families with children. Our hosts also served homemade meal which was yummmmy; each and every dish was exquisite.

The room was large with a kitchen, included a small wardrobe, a sofa, small-screened television set, a small fridge and an air-conditioner. Hotel grounds and landscape was full of almond trees and owners took good-care of all the plants.

Loved this place, definitely come back again.

Tranquility in Karia

I visited this hotel first in 2013 when it was launched and found it very well developed during the last 5 years. The hotel is only 150 m away from the sea and located in a very quite place. Rooms have basic hardwares such as refrigerator, hair dryer, TV and a high capacity A/C, which are very satisfactory in such places, where you feel your self in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is owned and operated by a very friendly family and whole members of the family take care of everything to make you feel comfortable and happy. The hotel offers natural and local breakfast. The cheese, olives, eggs and vegies are amazing. The region is famous with almond trees and family sells natural & unprocessed almond from their own almond trees. The location of the hotel is ideal for daily trips to neighboring bays and beaches. If you would like to enjoy the unique nature and the simplicity of the Datca peninsula, do not hesitate to go and stay there. 

Very friendly hotel at an ideal location

I've never seen such hospitality before.We've met the hosts of Mesut Bey and Serpil madam.We've been on the road.The room is very cozy and very clean.We travel a lot,but it's the first time I've ever met such a clean place.The dishes are clean,the bedding and towels are white with snow.At your request, everything is changed and removed.The hosts are very responsive, they try to fulfill any request again.I want to say snacks and food.I want to say breakfast, vegetables and fruits from my garden, vegetables, olive oil, olive oil, oil, and so forth.

In September, we took a rental car tour and happened to land in the Karia Apart. That was good too:-) Thanks to the owners of Serpil and Mesut, we felt at home. Since the apartment was not booked at the time, we were able to enjoy the quiet and nature. The lovingly laid out garden was perfect for our 2-year-old son, he could get out as he wanted. We had a complete cleaning equipment in the room, but we only used the oven to heat the milk. If you want you can also book the room without food. But I do not recommend this because the apartment in Karia is just delicious! This is about 200-300 m away from the beach. It was a nice breakfast. So, we used the kitchen and only used the oven to heat the milk. We are happy to come back to the apartment in Karia apartments!

I came to this boarding house thinking of stopping for 2 days; at the end it will be 4.I was in the room on the floor sup, spacious, with a nice balcony, bright and very clean.The family that runs it is very nice; Turkish breakfast very good.then 3 min walk you get to the rocky beach of Ovabuku.there are umbrellas and beds for free;as in many other Turkish beaches.restaurants on the sea,a super.portate xo cash x that there are no ATMs and the road from Datca that is here is very narrow and curved.If you want a peaceful place x rest before the city's chaos this is for sure.nb do not speak English but you go back with a card and google goes to the big translator; wherever the wifi is present.
