The hotel was fantastic, room was comfortable and clean. Our host was wonderful, although we didn’t speak Turkish we were able to communicate using google translate easily. He was so helpful and responded to our every need. Even popping out to get us an Efes when they had run out!! Our meals were lovely with more than enough food. A really great experience all round!! It is not close to the tourist area, so a beautiful town to immerse yourself in. Easy to get around by dolmus or taxi.

Unique and fantastic experience!!

It was my first trip to kapadokia 
Sinasoss hotel was more than great, the location, my room, view was way better then my expectations. About the food I should say i got weight there homemade and local dishes hot wine... 
thanks to this hotel and its staff i had an amazing time there

Luxury service for this money. Everyone is helpfull and kindly. No need to think to visit, just book it. It's so closer to sightseeing areas. Wi-fi is free all around hotel. And the owner of hotel is specially interested with all guests.

The Sinasos Palace was an amazing experience with very lovely staff, a wonderful atmosphere and the best homemade food ! The cave rooms are very luxury and cozy as well . I enyojed the stay very much !

Living in a beautiful cave

The Sinasos Hotel is really a nice place to feel and experience the history of cave housing in Cappadocia in a compfy and luxurys way. All rooms are lovely arranged and you have a nice view from the terrace, especially at night time.
Also the service is very good. Friendly and obliging personnel, but reserved at the same time. We had great breakfast (buffet) and delicious barbecue in the evening at the hotel.
I can really suggest this place.

History and Luxury

I just need a clean and comportable room but this hotel is Thé best for Relaxing travel! Hope to be here one time again. ..Thanks so much palace family ;) my room name is Zeus (biggest ) downstairs...wine wine wine, local wine in Cappadocia....

Delicious food

We had bought an organised tour through Turkey and we didn't know anything about the hotel that the travel agency had booked for us. What a good surprise when we arrived at Mustafapasa and we found out that we were to overnight at The Sinasos Palace Cave Hotel. Still being built, this hotel in Cappadocia has very original "cave-rooms", with new old-style furniture, very comfortable beds and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. They are there for everything you ask for. Buffet-breakfast is served in the basement, but you can have it also outside, enjoying the early morning turkish sun. I can not say anything bad about this place. It is like being inside a fairytale, everything surrounded by a magical and charming atmosphere. If someday I come back to Cappadoccia I won't have any doubt... Sinasos Palace Cave Hotel... Totally recommended!!!

The best place in Cappadocia!

Nice hotel for staycation. The manager was so helpful and full of smile. I believe the staff was trying to be nice but they didn't speak English so hard to response our question or jokes. Food are also nice. Not to close to hot air ballon area, so if you wanted to catch some free photo there, you should spend some for taxi. 

Our cave hotel in Cappadocia 

All the rooms have interesting and unique features and vary in sizes and furnishing and provide good experience  staying in a cave hotel.  The surrounding areas outside are nice, beautiful, relaxing and cozy.
The beds are pretty comfortable but amenities in the room are very limited and basic.  There is a electric kettle provided but no power point nearby.  The furniture in the room is rather dusty.  We stayed in the room called, Zeus. Most of the things in this room are non-functional.  The hairdryer, the jacuzzi and the toilet flush system are not working.  I made complaints to the reception twice but it still didn't work throughout our 2 nites stay.  Then only I realized the purpose of a red bucket beside the toilet, it is meant for flushing the toilet.  After filling up the jacuzzi, I found out that it was not working either.  In the end, we used the red bucket provided to scoop water from the jacuzzi to flush the toilet.  It is very sad to see that everything provided in the room aren't working!
Housekeeping service is very poor.  They did not replenish the complimentary bottled water, the toilet rolls and the toiletries nor did they change the soiled towels.  Food at breakfast and dinner is poor and lack varieties and taste terrible.  It's like reminding us that was how the cavemen used to eat.  And to make matter worse, there are cats loitering around the dining area and once a cat even jumped onto the buffet table and stood over the food on the table.
WIFI is only good in the room. 


Interesting Hotel but poorly upkeep

It was an entirely different experience to be in a cave hotel like this. We were there for two days. Probably the rooms were vacant for quite some time so the first day stay was not pleasant. Bathrooms were too small. The central heating system was operational for a short time only. Hotel had few rooms & few guests. So the breakfast & dinner were made to our choice & they took special care of us. Location is very calm & quiet, with a small market around. Terrace had a beautiful view. Just to have a new experience, it is OK.
