Room very basic, no cleaning during the stay. I stayed four nights. No change of bed linen or towels. There was no air conditioning in the room I stayed in. I booked the room through Facebook through a lady who handles bookings for the hotel. I was promised a room for their normal price. When I got there they told me as it was Eide public holiday their rooms were double the price. They gave me a room in the basement of the hotel that they don’t normally use for the promised price. However it was very dark and smelt musty/damp.
 They did give me the option of another room for twice the price, but that was not much better certainly not worth the money they were asking. 
They also said they would give me my money back and I could find another hotel. But I wouldn’t have known where to start and had been travelling for 13 hours ?
The owner told me that as I had already booked my flight they didn’t want to tell me that the price I was given was wrong. But if they had told me I could have tried to book another hotel while I had the opportunity to do so. Not leave it till I got there to tell me. 
They said it wasn’t their fault I had been told the wrong price. It was the lady who I booked with, but surely they should have told me straight away once they realised the mistake ?  It certainly wasn’t my fault I booked the room in good faith.
On the positive side the swimming pool and sun beds where nice, and the shower in the room was powerful. 

I would not recommend, and would not stay there again.

Very Disappointing

Fantastic hotel friendly attentive. Rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful. Nothing is too much trouble. Pool lovely and clean. Beautiful gardens well maintained. Holiday  has been wonderful and will be back again next year.

This hotel was alright but the staff and the manager made false accusations against me and my family. After seeing the bad quality of customer service here, I recommend NOT to visit this hotel. After throwing false accusations of damaging the room, they didn't let us see the so called damage and wanted money for a cover up. The manager shouted and forced my family and I out of the hotel. Very poor customer service, very bad breakfast. They will scam you for money by accusing you of damaging the room when really they send someone in to do the damages.
