Metin the front of house manager is very rude and didn’t even want to listen to a disgruntled customer and his partner that was visibly upset about their experience at this hotel. Was more interested in catching the bus he needs training on how to deal with issues rather than run away!! 

I will elaborate on this review another time however brief outlook on what should have been a fantastic experience like we previously experience at this hotel 2 years ago.

We were celebrating my 30th birthday and me getting engaged to my partner of 8 years - the hotel and its poor service only in management not with member of staff by the pool and most staff dotted around the venue were good. 

Charge me £25 for 2 drinks I apparently purchased at 4.10am - me and my partner didn’t stay up that late on any evening so this is impossible - upon challenging this Metin the manager who desperately tried to avoid being involved said you have no option but to pay and said I need to catch a bus tried to shake my hand which I refused and he ran off in anger - also told his member of staff on the phone he was really angry as she desperately called for help as it was out of her hands. This all happened in front of a Jet2 rep who had his head in his hands in shock…. Apologising for the foul service the hotel gave us.

Twice due to issues 

Room 1

Two single beds far apart dirty dated and bathroom was horrible black silicone everywhere.

Room 2 (apparently the nicer room) 
Still dirty black silicone the shower temperature/ pressure handle was snapped off so we struggled to shower for 2 days. ( was rectified as a cleaned spotted before we reported it) 

Ac outside above the balcony leaked constantly meaning our balcony was like a swimming pool of puddles. 

Partner asked for a cake for my birthday evening with a message on it she wrote it down for them all organised - cake came out blank no message ( not and issue for me by upset my partner) 

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was great but I will never stay here again, it’s been nothing but hassle and the way in which Metin the front of house manager spoke to me was disgusting. Sadly we have left with a sour taste which is a shame as most of the members of staff gave great service but the management especially Metin was terrible.

Metin front of house manager is very rude and doesn’t know however to speak to customers correct or solve issues!!

I personally feel it’s gone down hill since last here back in 2020 the food wasn’t good mainly cold and not topped up as going to get food and nothing in there and have to go find staff to get it topped up and for me that’s a shame as it’s a fantastic location and the best part of the food was the snack bar as it’s cooked fresh for you, cleaning of the rooms is amazing in every day even leaving the bed with some flower on it for me so can’t fault the cleaning, music around the main pool was to loud and plenty of people asking them to turn it down and they did so after I believe what was the owner coming to the hotel as alot of things changed with more staff behind the bar serving and a few more smiles on the faces of some of the staff, personal view needs some updating so hopefully over the next few years they can do that getting it back up to the amazing standard it was when my family first came here over 14 years ago and been to this hotel 11 times but after this year won’t be returning,not much entertainment going on for the kids and when they had some entertainment on didn’t start till 10pm so abit late for some children, the gym is ok for a little work out but the machines didn’t work well and kept stopping half way through and then didn’t work again, a big thing for me was lack of lighting in the evening around the hotel alot of times see alot of people getting phones out to use the torch as lighting is very dark. 

Poor in my opinion 

I came here in 2018 with my Wife  and the hotel was rated as a 4 star by jet2 and it was, rooms were good entertainment was good food excellent staff very friendly ,
When we decided to come back to Oludeniz this year for our Daughters wedding we decided to revisit Sun City as we had such a good time last time , however 5 years had passed since our last visit here and the time did tell the hotel is. In need of a total refurb , shabby walls in rooms as we had 3 rooms between us in different blocks all the same , the entertainment team were just 2 only did aqua gym & waterpolo in the pool and only airgun out of it no more darts , pool knockouts e.t.c , virtually no entertainment at night all though most of the staff were friendly if it wasnt for  Tweety photo/spa man there would have been no entertainment at all ,this hotel has drastically deteriated over the passing years this has gone from a 4 star hotel to barely a 3 star food was ok tbf a bit repetitive on occasions ,
There needs to be drastic changes for this hotel to return to a 4 star in my opinion 

Honest 

Sun City Hotel is supposed to be a 4* star Hotel but it’s 1* to 2* maximum we emailed the Hotel 3 weeks before our arrival to ask for a room close to the pool and restaurants as my Mrs is disabled when we got there they said they will give us a  another room for a couple of days u till they can get us another room I said this is not suitable so they gave us room 1012 the furthest away from everything we wasn’t happy but the Mrs said let’s get on with it so we did second day hand rail in the bathroom fell off so we rang reception got it fixed then we complained every day about our room not being cleaned or fresh towels and beds not changed  our cleaner didn’t seem to care then the glass door on our shower came off because the hinges broke this took 2 calls to reception to get it fixed the food was very repetitive after 3 days and not of good standard the drinks not all the staff know how to make cocktails which is not good and they kept running out of mint and silly stuff as for the Entertainment there was hardly any in our 10nts stay the Entertainment-manager didn’t care he actually told me he was leaving after this season so no real Entertainment the night time bar by the pool there was no music allowed not even back ground music which we found boring this Hotel need a huge refurbishment the rooms are very dated we wudnt go back to this `hotel if it was free Maybe Jet 2 shud think again about this Hotel and take it off it’s list so our last day I dropped a plastic bottle on the floor when I bent down to pick it up I looked under the bed it was full of at least a months dust so I told the Jet 2 Rep so no one else would have to go through what we had she complained to the Customer service manager Eleanor Callaghan and her and the cleaner manager went to my room while I was still at reception she came back and told the rep there was no dust so I took pics and went back down reception to confront as if I was lying I showed her the pics and she changed her mind and complete attitude  she apologised in front of the rep the Jet 2 rep cudnt believe it and has made an official complaint her self    DONT  BOOK THIS HOTEL I will now provide pics to prove what I have said the best thing about this Hotel was the pool and the people we met all of them said they wudnt return

Sun City Hitel a true review AVOID DONT BOOK HERE

Dear lord!  We went all inclusive - food good, no complaints. service patchy and kids club want to charge kids for certain activities.  Wine not drinkable and spirits are cheap.  Cocktails are poorly made and staff look unhappy to serve you.  Beautiful coastline and the beach club is brilliant by far compared to the hotel.  Will not be back.

Spent a little family break there.great hotel for kids with the kids club.nice food and atmosphere set in stunning ground.staff was very friendly and helpful.good nigh time entertainment.had a problem with our toilet in our bathroom and was fixed by the maintenance crew straight away

Great family hotel

The pool is lovely , the rooms are clean and tidy , the workers are really nice and friendly.the beach and shops are only around a 5 minute walk away.There are loads of activities to do in the hotel to keep you occupied.

i would definitely come again

Brilliant hotel, perfect for our family and my daughters first holiday, pools are great, food is perfect, Lisa of activities throughout the day, Staff are lovely and go above and beyond, over all a brilliant hotel and perfect holiday, thank you :)

Perfect

I have just come back from staying in Oludeniz  at Sun City Hotel and it was brilliant!
The hotel very clean and comfortable  and it has three pools for children and adults.
The meals were very nice and you will be amazed at the selection of different foods !
All the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you even though most of them can't talk English they will communicate with you through their phones.
It was my friends mums 90th birthday and they really made it special by decorating oher room with  flowers and put putting trimmings up at our table at teatime then half way our meals thet brought her a birthday cake !
There is also a man there called tweety pie who is a professional photographer  who will take your picture and the photos are really good which you can have put on canvas ,plates , cups all most anything even key rings very reasonable  priced.
This the best hotel I have stayed in it is in beautiful surrounding !
I am booking to go back year!!



BRILLIANT HOLIDAY!

The views are amazing! Sun, mountains, beaches and pool views are second to none. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they encourage all visitors to participate in activities. The food is very good and full of variety for everyone and cater for people with allergies so well.
