Great hotel…friendly staff clean rooms…we felt home away home…I would definitely look forward to go there again…hotel perfectly blended with nature…the bird sounds was so peaceful…and last but not least of all the price was affordable 

Great experience 

It's a great place to relax, quiet, cozy, tasty, weigh-in. There's a pool, terrace and everything you need for a good rest.

Rest

We booked our room 24 hours ago but only 1 hour remain to reach the hotel they inform us the room is out of order but when we reach there ,it is already sold to another couple. There was no problem with room. The attitude of clerk is very kind also helpful, but the management is definetely not professional. There are only 8 rooms, they should be more professional. 

Still the atmosphere is fine.

Bad management

Away from the city,sapanca 105 is a perfect get away for a couple that is looking for a cozy beautifully designed hotel and escape:) 
We had a great weekend with a birthday surprise including a delicious cake,balloons,our favorite song written on a blackboard and a serene lovely cozy room.
Cleanliness,the little details,the staff and the owner were very warm and friendly:)
a bicycle ride on a road with luscious green trees and clean air,a gem in sapanca!
A lovely Turkish generous breakfast too,definitely deserves all the great reviews we read before going,recommended!
The location is a bit away from the lake though,but you can move around easily :)

Lovely hotel,wonderful people!

I have never been hosted by a wonderful owners like this. They are so helpful so friendly. The place has an amazing location the rooms are great the fire place makes u feel home quiet they dont bother you the standards are high for such a small business the breakfast was nice the price is worth every single penny just out of this world for such a small town. Can you stay in a spa hotel maybe for the same price but this is a different experience. Really recommend it. Nilufer she is amazing send my regards to her

We (my and my girlfriend) stayed there for 1 night in the end of april. Once we got there we got surprised coz we were the only guests on that day. They said that they hadnt taken any reservation for that week but since we had made the reservation earlier, they kept our booking. This made our stay even more exclusive. A superb traditional breakfast was beyond expectations. If I ever go to Sapanca again, it will be within my top 3 choices.

Like a private villa

Nothing beats the feeling of being warmly welcomed by generous and fun hosts, and that's exactly how we felt upon our arrival. The first few minutes made us realize that we have made the right choice of booking this hotel, and if I will ever go back to Sapanca, I will make the right decision again.

Sapanca 105 is beautifully decorated with a lot of personal touches which gave it a homey feel and warmth. 

The breakfast is the best we've have during our journey in turkey, it comes with different varieties, flavors and HUGE portions! Great for foodies.

Tip: if you want to get your hands on any of the authentic Turkish tea glasses, holders etc. just contact the owners!

Welcoming, generous and fun hosts!

We were invited to a German-Turkish couple's wedding party in Sapanca and spent the weekend in Sapanca105. Very friendly and hospitable owners, courteous staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast rounded off the eventful and experiential weekend anyway!

A better hostel is hard to imagine

I stayed only one night at Sapanca 105 but it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is inside a beautiful white two-story villa with the patio where to have breakfast in the morning in front of a very green and very clean spot with so much pool, pillows and drawer spread throughout the garden. The rooms, as well as the bathroom and the whole structure in general, are small but very new, simple but well maintained and above all very clean.

We can only join the many positive reviews. The small boutique hotel is wonderfully family-friendly. The owners take care of the guests' wishes professionally and individually and manage to make them feel comfortable from the first second. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. Perhaps the only small shortcoming is the location on a slightly more congested road.
