Absolutely stunning quiet peaceful location . The owner was extremely nice .kind professional and this place is absolute perfection. Sunbeds right on the pier with steps straight into the water .clear warm water. The restaurant was excellent best food we have had while in turkey and you can tell the chef and staff are passionate about there work. Service was amazing .the hotel itself and restaurant was spotlessly clean .we wish all the best for this hotel it really is luxury and worth every penny  

Absolutely stunning excellent.cant do better 

We stayed there 2 nights but we were bit sad not to stay longer. Very good facilitly, tasty foods, excellent breakfast but the most important one was hospitaly of the staff specially Salim was a great one. Strongly recommended to everyone with or w/o kid.

Great stay

Large comfortable, clean rooms, minimaly furnished, more shelving needed for your belongings. Good sized balcony with stunning sea views. Great location, the hotel has it's own jetty with umbrellas and sun beds. What I loved was being able to swim straight off the jetty every morning before breakfast. Excellent breakfast, served with a smile. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has standard Turkish rooms, bigger than most, but minimally furnished. We were the only foreign guests, other guests were Turkish. The bed was comfortable, a fridge provided, good efficient air con system , and a perfectly good modern bathroom.  Extra (beach) towels provided. It's positioned right by the sea with large patio doors (excellent mosquito netting) to balcony with fabulous views. There are two buildings, some rooms above the restaurant/kitchen which I guess might not be so quiet. Then approx 12 rooms ( 6 on each floor ) in the building next door which seemed the best choice. Ground floor you can walk straight out from terrace to small garden in front of sea. Upstairs with balcony.
The rooms were kept clean. Towels changed daily. Breakfast was excellent: traditional Turkish bread, cheeses, eggs, salad, fruit  etc.  Freshly squeezed juice available for small supplement. All taken on the restaurant patio under large sun umbrellas.  I took my own real coffee ( which they made up for me, as I don't like instant and full bodied Turkish coffee is a bit too much first thing). The restaurant also serves good Turkish food throughout the day/evening. Prices for food & rooms are in line with Selimiye (i.e. more expensive than many other areas along the Turkish coast) .
Would happily stay here again. A great spot, beautiful views,  away from the busier part of Selimiye. The swimming here is beautiful. The staff were attentive (but spoke little English, so apart from basic stuff it's not easy to find out anything ). but definitely not a British enclave here - it' truly Turkish.  If you're driving there's a horrendous 1 in 1 sharply cornered sweep down to the hotel straight off the road - not for the faint-hearted driver - either arriving or getting back up.

simple hotel rooms & good food in great location

I will start with the good stuff. First of all the food is exceptionally good at this hotel. The staff especially Huseyin is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and the bathroom looks really good. The A/C works well without any problems. The rooms are clean and they all have balconies with sea view. And the sea is perfect to swim in, on the warmer side and flat as a sheet.
Now the downsides: The price-quality did not satisfy me. 120 euros ( approximately) for this hotel is too much for Turkish standards. 
The steep hill to get to the parking lot will scare even the most prominent driver. 
My room had this odd sewer odor at times.
There is a deck with only 10 sunbeds and somehow all the sunbeds were "reserved" at 7 in the morning. My guess is other guests tipped the staff to have their towels put on those beds. I was the only one up at 7 and the others showed up around 10. This is unacceptable. We had to sit on a very narrow shoreline, over pebblestones, and because of the tide all sunbeds are literally in the water. 
I do not think I will ever go here again. You just do not rerserve beds for customers. It is on first come basis for God's sakes!!

Needs improvement

Despite some misunderstandings our stay was A okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms was clean. best of all private beach is only 10 meters away from all the rooms. Next time i will make sure to get upper floor rooms.
