nobody gives you service the air conditions didnt work we change 3 rooms moved all our stuff by ourself the staff was using hotel pool themself there was no glass in room and no water in fridge also the fridge did not work there was no electric kettle in room the bar had no juice for cocktails worst experience that i ever had all the beach beds were dirty also the beach was so rocky and dirty if you want to throw your money in garbage you can go here

Very bad

Very disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you get. We asked the staff to have our room cleaned one morning, after a day away we came back, and the room hadn't been touched. They blamed us for not giving them the key to access the room. Why would I give up my key to access my room and stuff? Why does the hotel only have one key to the room? They told us that they lost access to a couple of rooms because guest lost the key. The second day we came back to the room and the floor was flooded from a ceiling leak from the room above us. The hotel staff had no sympathy or cared, we just asked for two buckets to collect the water as we were just going to leave in the morning. The ceiling leaked all night, and the buckets were full. The staff still didn't care when we checked out and were just happy that they got my money. The bathroom had mold on the walls and didn't look like the maintenance was up kept at all. The beach is not private as it may look like in the photos. The public were walking around our chairs to get a peek at us, it was not a pleasurable beach experience. The breakfast was disappointing as the selection was not very good. We were disgusted by the number of flies sitting on all the food. The Wi-Fi does not work at all no matter where you are on the property. We are disappointed as we will not return there for a weekend getaway from Istanbul due to all the issues.

Disappointing

A good hotel to be close to the beach on a great location, rooms and services is average but the beach can maintain that, poor breakfast but considering you are on the beach with a great view to the sea.

Good Hotel

The hotel looks magnificent only in the pictures... the people doesn't speak English and the room is really dirty. When we arrived the receptionist was so rude and the breakfast was really  poor and with no more choices. 
The bed had a type of bedlinen like in a camping bungalow. We tried  to complain with the receptionist and he just replied that they are not 5 stars hotel even if we have already paid in advance. 
I want to suggest you to go in others hotel.

Suggestion: go to others hotels

Small nice low profile hotel between Sile and Agva72 km distance to kadikoy Istanbul at very good location have beach to black sea. There are few rooms and nice green garden and you can go beach to swim directly. Black sea vaves beat you and wind make you feel confortable than the meditarrenean beachs. Rooms are around 25 m2 with balcony which you can use late afternoon to see sunset. Bathroom is around 4-5 m2 with shower. That is seasonal hotel you can go your room from open corridor to outside. There is a public road passes through near to hotel but you can hear only vave and wind noices. If you compare with price vs comfort absolutely it is right hotel for local people riding motorcycles. You have more selection for lunch and dinner at hotel or any restaurants at Sile or Agva with $ prices. Right time to prefer hotel not weekend mostly in workdays . It will make you rest and relax in Istanbul.

The bus from Uskudar took us directly to the front door of the hotel for about 13tl.

The hotel is fairly new, so there is still some renovating taking place. But noise was not an issue at all.

Hotel food was all great for the price. nothing fancy but very nicely done.

The staff are all very friendly and all went out of their way to befriend us. The beach is beautiful, quiet & secluded.

We decided to come here instead of bodrum to escape the tourists and am so glad we did!!! We will definitely return!!
