The worst hotel or motel you could see it in your life , I booked it from booking.com  to stay there for 2 nights with my kids , as i want to have 2 room with air condition as August is too hot and humidity weather , but i choked that only one room have it  , the fan is not working , wifi not working , you can’t modify the reservation ,  dirty room , limited place for parking water bike not available almost the time , it’s the worst trip on my life , btw it have huge numbers of mosquitoes


The worst hotel ever

 Breakfast deserves 6/10 while any other meal not more than 4/10. No food variety, small meals, very poor food.
Good facility of river sitting restaurant cafe but poor for the garden (not planted), swings almost demolished. 
Location is very nice by the River side and beside bus stop. 
Small with about 10 rooms only, this gives some privacy

Not bad but not much good

We booked a bungalow for one night via tatilsepeti.com and when we arrived to the hotel around 21:00, the guy in the reception said bungalows were sold out and he informed the booking company already. I asked proof, he could not supply anything. After insisting on a bungalow, he said he will arrange one bungalow for us in 1 hour. When we came back,they brought us to a room located at second floor of a building saying it was bungalow; It was definitely not a bungalow but we were so tired and accepted it. We woke up very early in the morning because of some noise coming from downstairs and realized that motel's kitchen was just under our room. (bungalow!) After checking around, we found out there was even no bungalow in the facility. I complained to tatilsepeti.com and they replied they sell the rooms in accordance of the names hotel calls and they do not care if the room is not real bungalow despite they sell it as bungalow! I asked them to correct the room definition in their website for the convenience of the new customers, they did not accept it and tried to create excuse.  
Obviously, hotel is cheating and booking agent does nothing to protect their customers. 
There is one more fraud, we went to dinner at this place while waiting for our room, there was no menu, nothing. A guy came and asked our order, he said they only had fish,meatball and chicken, my girl fiend ordered fish and same guy came back saying fish was sold out!
No menu, no price, you have to order one of the two available items without knowing the price. Finally, one undercooked chicken and meatball was served from 65TL.What a robbery!
I strongly suggest staying away from this place and tatilsepeti.com which does not care protecting their customers from frauds.

Fraud, be careful!

We stayed here 3 nights with our 2 year old and had an amazing experience. The hotel is very family and kid friendly. They have a great dog called Puffy. We loved her. The hotel staff is very nice. Specially Behzat and Sinan. Even though our son gave them a hard time they were very nice and understanding. They played with him and made him very happy. The owner's wife Eylem took us to a beautiful farm so our kids could play with animals. It was a very nice gesture. The breakfasts and the dinners were also very good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back in the future.

good location beside river. you are in a middle of no where. motel is very small. photos gives a different image. its not as it appear in the photo. towels not clean. the only spoken language is by signal..staff are v. good. but no english.
