I have stayed at these apartments a lot now. They are very clean, staff are very nice and any problems they will fix or sort them straight away. Apartments are spacious with all the essentials. Pool area is good and peaceful but maybe needs sun loungers replaced as a lot of broken loungers. Has free WiFi, washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher,tv although doesn’t have any English channels which is a downfall. The beds are the the greatest, not the comfiest and very squeaky for a restless sleeper like myself. Apart from that the complex is very good, clean, good location. Find the price a little too much.

Very peaceful and clean

Poor costumer service , very rude owner, weak internet connection , dirty interior , beds and sheets , Mosquitos. Bad experience.  Nightmare holiday. Never again. They don't except major credit cards so double check before come, A/C not working properly so be ready to be long stuffy nights, out of dated  interiors, uncomfortable mattresses really does matter.    

Disappointed 

Just got back from torba residence wonderful apartment,pool facililities . Wi if not brilliant and although TV it was all Turkish (but hey we were on hollibobs late check brilliant and transfers perfect will definitely be staying here again thank you

Just what the doctor ordered

Stayed here two weeks with family, overall condition of the apartments are ok, spacious and very clean, on site staff cleaner and caretaker Hakan very helpfull...
Overall way too expensive for the area, you can find similar properties for lot cheaper. Also despite prices shown on various online agents, there were families 
staying for lot cheaper rates??? Actually half of the development owned privately which can be rented privately at much cheaper rates. 
Despite booking in advance and informing the management about our 2 years old daughter, initially we had first floor flat with very dangerous balcony for toddlers and a cot without a mattress? Had to wait over an hour at the airport for transfer. Horrible customer service which is proven by half of the development being empty in highest season of the year in this beautiful location.... Strongly not advising anyone to book well not from uslu group.

I stayed here with a friend and family for a week. The apartment is very modern and stylish and has excellent facilities. We (4 adults) were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it was. There is excellent wireless access and its just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. The bus leaves for Bodrum every 10 minutes or so and the bus stop is only a short walk away. There are several very good restaurants close by as well
The pool was great but unfortunately there is no shade around it so in searing heat you really don't want to linger too long after you've cooled off. A few umbrellas would sort that though
There were no extras like dishwashing powder or a tea towel nor was there any salt, pepper, sugar etc.which is fine but I'd have appreciated knowing this before I arrived. Also there were no instructions for anything and though we soon worked out where to buy supplies thanks to a very helpful staff member called Angela it would have been nice to have instructions on hand.
