What was good

The service was great, but the staff don't speak english. it was too hard to communicate. but, they have arabic team that helped in my case as they speak both english and arabic which I speak both of them.

What was bad

room cleaning was not good enough. I asked for towels twice as they fogot to put. They must speak english in the reception.
