I can write a book about how amazing this hotel is! Loved loved loved it - the architecture is so inspiring and will make you feel as if you're living in a dream or fantasy. This ancient greek mansion will take you back to its glory days just by the architecture, beautifully adorned with grape vines (with bunches of grapes hanging) that grow across the entire property. The mesmerising library with first, second and third editions from Shakespeare to Dante, the statues, the paintings, the interior deco, the music (you will have a soundtrack to life here, which changes from place to place), the AMAZING and friendly hospitality will blow you away. 

We loved the heaven-purgatory-hell theme of the hotel (which although might not sit well with children though) which transports you to an almost spiritual sort of state of being. 

We visited as two couples and our rooms were full of character - can't believe a cave room could be so full of interesting things (albeit being dimly lit might make them slightly eerie and mystically mysterious at night - not that we're complaining!). Our rooms were awesome - my husband loved the cosiness but personally for me it was slightly claustrophobic (since I love outdoors and airy spaces), yet this wasn't an issue since there was an outdoor private lounge area for us just outside our door. 

We loved the underground pool and the whole ambience of the "inferno" space - so hauntingly beautiful, as well as the restaurant (their Turkish breakfast was super and delicious - we could never finish the countless dishes they set in front of us). 

Staff was very friendly - especially Gondal (I hope I got his name correct) and gave us good recommendations of where to eat in Cappa. Overall, amazing team that seems to blend well with the property. 

Would definitely stay here (and spend more days) if I visit Cappadoccia again. I wouldn't even mind going to Cappa just to stay here.

Surreal Stay

The hotel is very beautiful, the food here is very good and their swimming pool is amazing.I ate at their romantic restaurant and theirs is also very good.Their food quality is very good.The reception staff are very nice who gave us great service and specially I would like to thank a Pakistani guy here who made our tour very good.

This hotel is the best hotel here, very beautiful and the staff here is also very good staff gave me a tour of the hotel and told me about the concept of the hotel am very thankful to them who made my vacation so good and I stayed here for two days.And the food menu here is very good which I like very much.

Best experience

Just spent a day here with the plan of not doing anything. 
It was a quick check in and information of the history of the bulding was amazing.
The hotel fully decorated with arts, statues which are original. 
Room was so big and words are not enough to describe.
Restaurant service and food was great.
They provide table service breakfast which was nice.
Thanks for service and hope to keep this hotel well forever 

Another great hotel

Beautiful concept hotel. Very nice facilities, it has a Gothic feel to it. The underground pool and Spa are a nice touch.Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located in the heart of Urgup, near walking distance to down town. All and all is a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful Hotel in Urgup

This is a unique experience and a hotel as well.  Everywhere you look and every experience is over the top with more to discover each time to move your head.  I’d characterize it as sensory overload.  Service standard is very high with friendly accommodating staff.  Food is well presented and high quality at the restaurant.  If you want a one of a kind experience this is a great option.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The service was exceptional, the room was stunning and the pool was a highlight of my stay. Thank you Emine and Nazli from front desk, who showed me around the hotel, recommended activities and showed me how to use the Turkish bath. They were patient and helpful. I highly recommended this stunning hotel with unique decor.
Also would like to thank to the outstanding service provided by Hedi of Virtus restaurant. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
Not only that, but he also went above and beyond to suggest and introduce different dishes to us, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He even took the time to show us the bar, which was exquisitely designed. Overall, his service was exceptional, and he truly made our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this staff member to anyone visiting the hotel restaurant.

Unique and one of the kind hotel. Excellent service!

AMAZING!!! The place has a concept in all its details… each piece tells a story! What to say its like a fairytale very romantic like an ancient movie. The ambience is phenomenal and the staff is very helpful. The room is very clean, ours was “The Allegory of Jealousy”.

Unbelievably magnificent! Kudos to the owner, architect, management and the staff of the hotel. We had an amazing stay and plan to be back soon. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely designed, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is very welcoming and nice. We recommend this unique stay experience to everyone!!
