We stayed here for two nights as part of an organised tour. We arrived on the day of our wedding anniversary and mentioned we would like to eat earlier than the rest of our party and intended to order something different from the set menu. Our room was amazing - set into the hill and whilst it was a little cave like - it was nicely laid out inside. Our bags were carried to our rooms from the reception after being carefully labelled with our room numbers. What was equally impressive was as we left, staff appeared to carry bags back to reception. We were requested to identify bags so that they could be carried down to the coach for us. This was a very well organised approach showing a good level of detail and care for coach parties. We were treated exceptionally well on our wedding anniversary. They decorated a special table for us, gave us the set menu our party was having but in a special way. The next morning our room was made up with the towels in a special arrangement and a little note from the housekeeper. A wonderful touch. Thank you Fatma! The staff did everything they could to make the stay easy and memorable. They really were all wonderful.
