Location is grate. You can walk to main street and shopping centers. Breakfast is as a complete buffet (famous Van breakfast). There is a private parking beside the hotel. The staff are helpful. The room was large enough, quiet, clean and comfortable
WiFi was so weak in the room. The owner or the manager was sometimes smoking in his room and the smell of the cigarettes wafted through the lobby.

A Very Good Stay

I stayed above 9 night in hotel
There are one advantage for Resmina hotel that near central city (Beshyol Square)
Just and disadvantage is very sample:
1- Breakfast is very poor
2-Shower and bathroom awful
3- Bed mattress is broken
4- This hotel is very old and infrastructure have problem
I don`t recommended

Horible Hotel

I stayed for a night in Resmina Hotel. Checkin procedure almost taken about 15 minutes and the reception requester me to wait for another 15 minute in lobby to make the room ready. Although the price is quite reasonable, there are some issues that required to be consider by management for prospective guests;
- There wasn't any slippers at bathroom 
- Hair dryer wasn't work properly
- Aircond was extremely noisy and it may cause kinda restless night for sensitive people 
- There wasn't coffee for breakfast but a Nescafé powder for self made.

Last but not least, I must emphasis that the crew members here are quite friendly and approachable. 


Reasonable to stay for a night 

Everything was as I was expected.although we were here for one night but we were very pleased.Rooms were really quite and clean.The breakfast was Great and you have many delicious choices.The only negative point was the neighborhood.It was very crowded and a little bit far from the shopping centers.   

A good choice in VAN

Hotel Resmina in Van was willing to give us last-minute rooms because the reservation of the other hotel had not come through.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and caring. They helped us to find a minivan to travel outside the city, and they helped me a lot with a cargo postage.

It is a nice and clean and luxurious hotel, certainly for standards in Van. The rooms were spacious.

I could really recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Van. 

Some minor points for improvement: 
-The breakfast was extensive but not very fresh. There is a serious lack of good coffee. 
-The internet in my room did not work. But it worked in the lobby. 
-The smell in the bathroom was not optimal, sometimes smelled like sewage (but the bathroom itself was nice and big)
-The staff was sometimes a bit too curious about our whereabouts.

Great luxurious hotel, friendly staff

We stayed in resmina hotel  3 nights at August 2015.
To be honest, i should say every thing is ok. 
Clean room,shower. Restroom & accessories.

 good location , in downtown and near 2 main street.
good  and friendly staff although not good in english speaking

I was satisfied

The moment i entered this hotel, my check in process surprised me. it only took 10 minutes and i was given my room's card. it has a lovely and comfortable environment with fully equipped rooms such as safety box and all the necessary items for a room. what makes this hotel a unique one, is its easy access to shopping centers and the main square of Van city - Besh Yol. with 5 minutes walk you can easily reach Kazim Karabekir Street and also with the same 5 minutes, you will find yourself in the middle of Jumhuriyyat Street. 
i personally suggest this hotel to every one. Breakfast is amazing and full, but it doesnt have lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the staff cant speak English.
