February 2023 -10months till my Wedding while for the following 5 months I was comfortable to have confirmed and paid Club Rose Bay to host my Wedding and look after my Special Day, so happy that we even sent our invites! They cancelled my event by email and refunded me my function hire yet for no justifiable reason whatsoever! Thankyou for cancelling my Wedding Plans, the park permit with Woollahra Council, Decorations & Celebrant all come with cancellation fees that you haven’t incurred but I have!

Buyer Beware

Situated on the edge of a very busy road with no way of escaping the traffic noise. The pool area rattled along with the lorry noise.
Reception took our passports then ignored us while answering phone calls. 
The hotel was spooky in its emptiness: no one to be seen  until eventually finding the pool area where a young man,as  monoglot as the receptionist, ( thanks translator app) accepted to serve us a drink. Dinner was lonely..us and same young lad waiting on us. Food good but minimalist. Bedroom: sumptuous decor but...no bulb in bedside lamp, empty minibar, no water to drink or kettle to boil water for tea, no wi-fi, shower pipe broken and leaking onto floor. A really bad experience .

1st the staff are great and very nice. 
The hotel is poor and quite run down. Rooms are freezing and almost no water pressure in the room I stayed in on floor 4. 
The food is absolutely terrible and the staff use the restaurant as a smoking room. So eating in the place is horrible. Worst breakfast I've ever had. 
Hopefully this is just a sign of the season, and it's understaffed and in need of maintenance before the summer season. 
As I said, the staff are great and couldn't do enough for you, including driving you to a better restaurant. If it wasn't for them, I would give this place 1 star

Run down

Good hotel with nice amenities: pool, pool bar, terrace above the sea shore. But two negative points: loud music making it impossible to relax around the pool, and a terrible environment of industires, chimneys and smoke. As a matter of fact, if you want to lay down around the pool, you might be covered by dust emanated by the chimneys. Unless you like kitch, the rooms will look awkward.

Good hotel in an awful environment

we r lucky that we just stay one night. The hotel is at the entrance of Yeni Foça which means so close to the factories. Even if the hotel has coast to the sea, it not possible to swim because the sea is dirty. you can see the factories'  chemical waste in the sea. It has also swimming pool but its small and I dont experince it. We stayed at the first floor with sea room but the room smells furniture dust due to the its oldish type. the bathroom has no showerhead and dirty as well. the breakfast was so poor. no omelette, no pancake or turkish borek, such one flavor of bread, just one type of fruit juice ( for sure, its not fresh).. the discounter's brand milk was served.. It was cheap but you can choose cosy pension compare to this hotel.

dont experince it

Small hotel located close to Aliaga, just 10 minutes away from Bicerova train station of Imir izban metro. I came here abt 8 time for a business trip to Aliaga ports. But during summer there a lot of families from Eurpo here for beach vacations. Hotel corresponds to the rating of 3*+ with good convenient rooms, swimming pool on the backyard and nice sea-view rooms. Thanks to kitchen chef your breakfast and dinner always taste good!

GOOD!

Its a nice family hotel in yenifoka and the only one a traveler can find in the area. The facilities are good but old, its a little bit dirty, and nobody except reception speaks english. Also in the near area there is an iron factory i supose so the air and the sea is dirty. Very expensive (90 € per night) for no reason.
