First of all let me say not all the units are outdated but the unit we stayed in needs major updating We stayed in unit number 5. Sliding screen door has holes in it allowing little biting flys to come into the room and bit you and bite me they did! Those biting insects tore my ankles and legs up!!  Unit 5 is a Duplex but you can only stay on the first floor. It is hot as hell upstairs. It has a air conditioner in the bedroom one problem the air conditioner does not work!! Even worse that is where you have to do your cooking. They have outside grills but one more small problem we couldn't find and place to buy charcoal we did see lighting fluid in some of the stores but what good is that? The fridge is very old the Handel you use to open the fridge is broken off and the fridge door sometimes closes easy and sometimes it's really hard to get it to close. The property manager Chriselle is a really nice person but she is hardly there in the day. She and her family live in one of the units but she has more the one job. She also works for the ferry terminal that brings you back and forth to Provo. So when you get off the ferry she will be there to greet you. We rented a car for the week and chriselle was nice enough to let us follow her back to the condo when she got out of work. Let me say the place is only about 100 ft. From one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen!  The water color is beautiful? Crystal clear!  You can walk for miles and maybe see a couple people. My wife and I really enjoyed the quietness of the beach. The place has a med size pool that needs a major cleaning. There was algae growing on the side of the pool. Luckily my wife and I are very easy going people and Made the best of out our vacation!  Would I stay there again?? No. Sorry to be so negative but like I said unit 5 needs major updating. I,m still wondering why we were put into unit 5 when there were other units available that we're not being used? I'm also wondering why the owner of that unit has not did any updates when the place is in dire need of fixing up?? The good things. The location the beauty of the beaches the quietness at the beaches the friendliness of all the people on the Island.

Needs updating

My wife Katy and I spent 7 days at Caicos Condos on North Caicos, and we LOVED every moment. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet environment, long walks exploring the beach (which is absoltuely breathtaking), sipping cocktails every evening by the ocean, snorkeling from the beach right in front of the condo, and biking all around the island. We read more books in one week than we have all year, and savored every moment in the beautiful sun. The best part about North Caicos is that it is remote, quiet, and secluded. If that is what you are looking for, then this is a fantastic vacation destination that both Katy and I HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful Paradise!

The location of this condo, and specific unit, is spectacular. If you want solitude and some of the nicest beaches on the island, this is the place to be. Chrischelle, the on site property manager, and her family made me feel so at home and taken care of. One of the best vacations I have ever had... Away from the tourist areas and in with the locals! 

Magical experience.

My fiancé and I live in the busy Boston area and have demanding jobs.  We are simple people who simply needed the perfect getaway for some high quality R & R.  Caicos Beach Codos offered a quiet escape from our not so quiet lives.  It is truly an island paradise, and so quiet that we felt like we had  the island to ourselves!  If you are looking for the all-inclusive, bustling tourist experience, this quiet part of the island is not for you.  If you are looking for some real, quality down time, AMAZING views, friendly faces (although few and far between), friendly staff, good snorkeling, and laid-back atmosphere, this is the place for you!  We stopped by the local grocery on Provo before taking the ferry to North Caicos and cooked home made meals a few times during the week.  There is a lovely restaurant right next door (Silver Palm), if your are not looking to cook.  We HIGHLY recommend this paradise getaway for TRUE relaxation!!  The staff is very friendly and accommodating.  Thank you Caicos Beach Condos!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway - a REAL vacation!  Peaceful and Relaxing.

I wanted to visit a place that I did not have to fight for beach chairs or step over  people while walking down the beach. The week was spent reading, relaxing and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. The simple and clean accommodations were just want I wanted. I look forward to the day I can return.
