Went to The Thames hotel for our nieces 40th birthday lunch. Arrived and were greeted by our waiting staff as our meals had been pre ordered we were asked for our drinks order which was brought out promptly. Our starters were bought out all together which is nice because we were able to eat at the same time. My starter was mind blowing it was the Bruschetta which was a meal in itself I couldn't fault it and looking round the table everyone else's looked to the same quality. The main course was the same large presented well and very hot as well as delicious. All the meals around the table looked as tasty as mine (I wished I could have had a taste of everyones). Only a few were able to sample the deserts which were of the same high quality the rest of us were too full. The staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We will definately go back again. It was well worth the journey.
