We came just for the pool. It's 10000 UGX per person. We were 5. 3 adults and 2 kids. 
It started okay. We could buy cold drinks at the reception so we didn't have to wait. 
Then we ordered plain chips. After an hour we had to ask for them. When they finally arrived they had no salt, and we didn't get ketchup, only some tomato sauce (yuk). Their tables are broken so we had to sit with the only 2 tables that didn't wiggle so hard that they were unusable. They start to play music, which is fine, except it was so loud that we couldn't speak together without yelling. We were the only guests there at that time, so I ask the "DJ" to please turn it down a little. He did, for 5 minutes. Then back to full blast. After an hour of not being able to have a conversation, my wife goes up and ask him to please turn it down again. He does. Then after 5 minutes, he starts to deliberately turn the volume up and down constantly. Changing the entire experience of music to something that is just plainly annoying. I look over at "DJ" and he just gives me the dead eye while keeping on at turning the volume up and down. They stare at us like they want us to leave.  We drink our last sodas and yell around to each other while we try to pack our stuff. We are missing some change from the reception which we also have to debate since they don't keep track of the money they receive? All in all, it started well, but I was really wanting to go home in the end. Not a very service minded hotel. 

From okay to nightmare

Spacious, beautiful and clean rooms. A better stopover to  Entebbe airport for those who want to beat the heavy traffic from Kampala. Warm staff. Family friendly too, the dinning area has a baby feeding chair at each table. Breakfast is wanting. There is need for improvement.

every thing is available in rooms,swimming pool is OK there food is so taste and ya my staff attends to you quickly meaning good customer care is given and am advising my fellow friends that if you want to rest try dianwill hotel kitende

Quite environment away from the noisy town. Friendly staff happy yo welcome quest. You feel the Ugandan hospitality. The hotel rates are friendly too. You can't find comfortable hotel for the rates they offer. I didn't mind the access. What mattered is my comfort while in.
I will be happy to be back.

if you need a home away from home, its exactly here. the food is fine, the environment is silent. a swimming pool, just what everybody would want. the rooms are spacious enough. i generally recommend the place if you need a break off stress.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Spacious rooms, great food and breakfast, lovely staff, great entertainment with a club on site and live band on Saturday's, all come at a friendly price. It's a place to be for families, friends, couples and solo persons
