The first problem we encountered was the breakfast, it runs from 8-10, our friend gets up later, on request to take it with him, it sounded categorical no, although he lives in room one and he's supposed to have 2 breakfasts at all. The staff is not friendly, the waiter came in, I can't say the name, because there was no badge. The only thing that a bartender like Alexander was very polite and friendly throughout the race. As for the room itself, we took the club number, the condition of the number 4/10.

The description doesn 't match the reality

Staff once again not greeted cleaning rooms are missing, only if you ask yourself (garbage will take you out and check out) The waitress with the ugly face was very rude and unpleasant lying down very little to the parking lot to go to another hotel, very narrow, next to the person scratched the car rosettes no stores even washed it, it's a horror the smell of the toilet and a lot of cloves

Horrible hotel and staff.

We ordered 3 rooms for 2 families with children. They asked us in advance for an advance payment, which we didn't get back. We came in the evening. The first thing we didn't like was the complete discrepancy of the photo. The so-called hotel was a private house where they played harmonies behind the fence, on the other side they sang karaoke and on the 24th Room there were only 15 loungers. When we asked how it was possible to accommodate near the pool, we were told that we were only provided with a bed.

The Deception

We like to stay here when we come to the sea. It's a nice hotel with cozy rooms. Although people complain about the Swedish girl but we're fine, the main thing is to come early))

At first, on behalf of all my family I would like to thank the whole Bless Resort team for the great time we spent in this lovely place!
Territory, hotel design, cleanliness, customer service - everything was over expectations! Especially when you know Zatoka in general and average level of accommodation down there.
One small problem - not stable Internet access, but this is just due to provider's fault.
Highly recommend, we will come again for sure!

Austanding

The hotel doesn't meet the ratings stated. Wifi - there was almost no rest. The air conditioner worked once in a while. The Swedish table is a horror, food is missing! Izuminka - in 8 days of rest 1(!) once cleaned the room!!! This is a disaster, not a hotel!

Horror hotel

I've been with my husband and my 3-year-old son for 14 days. The sea is relatively close, the streets with cafes, shops, etc. nearby, the area of the hotel is hidden from the village, well-developed, the rooms are clean (we cleaned up every day), comfortable, fully fit the photo, pool, locker room....... with them all is great! But it's all small compared to such a quality service! The administrator, the waitresses, the bartenders, the guards, the waitresses.......... absolutely all are very polite, educated and nice people. I felt at home) The kitchen..... I cooked a special thanks for our delicious meals) I liked everything too, my girlfriend managed to get a minute! Oh, thank you all!

This is the best I've ever had!

We've been at this hotel 5!!! once since 2012) This is the best place in the Bay! A little paradise) Serving at the height... starting with cleaning the rooms (Light - You're the best!!!) and ending with waiters and waitresses. A beautiful place where you can immerse yourself in an extraordinary atmosphere of calm and peaceful relaxation) It's a very friendly reception and exclusive treatment to everyone living here) Everyone smiles at you, always comes to your aid, at any minute of the day and night) A very decent restaurant at an acceptable price!

A piece of paradise in the Bay)

There is a problem where to stay in Zatoka which is cheap resort area on Black Sea. Most hotels and apartments aren't meet even minimal requirements. Of course Bless is not real 4 or 5 star hotel, but they are far above the local average. If you need to visit Zatoka, book a room in Bless. Good food, good service and friendly stuff.
