Don’t know where to start- this was the worst stay in my life. Three days before visiting this place I gave them a call to ask few questions such as can I pay by card? Is the restaurant operating? Is the place with thermal waters close? On all the questions I received the answer YES. We were coming with elderly auntie and 4 years old niece. 
On arrival I found out that card machine doesn’t work for last two weeks, restaurant is closed permanently and on our first walk to the spa we find out that instead of 10 min it’s a good 30 min walk. We stayed here for 5 nights- our rooms weren’t cleaned even ones, we managed to get a cattle in one room but were refused the cups( none in the rooms, before every shower if you want to have a hot one you need to go to reception and ask them to switch the hot water on, we asked for an iron and were told that the last one they had is broken, poor guy who was on reception that day had to run home and bring one.
 Unfortunately the customer service and European comfort promised on there website is below zero!!!!
Do not trust! STRONGLY SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY!!!!

Excellent for one night visit! Clean rooms, white bedding, place for cars, good breakfast. The host was very attentive. There was a storm and electricity switched, but a special electric generator was turned on immediately.

I have traveled the World but this property is the best by value for money. The price is unbeatable and clean! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful!
Some luxury hotel manager could come here to learn to how to clean the rooms and the gangways!
If you want to stay in the area this should be your choice!

Cheap and Cheerful!

Probably the most cleanest hotel I have stayed in, beating all the luxury ones I am used to.

On the border of Hungary, this small B&B beats the value for money principle.

US$28.00 per night INCLUDING BREAKFAST.

Well, I could rant on counting down all the little problems encountered, but at this price I will not.

Only one thing, please replace the towels, they are taking my skin off, so washed out they are.....

TRUELY VALUE FOR MONEY !!!

Booking was good, though they must have known I'm coming from foreign country so the email in cyrillic is useless and some prepayment out of question when they dodn't send info about international payment methode. Noone here speaks English (maybe that is the reason) but we Slavs can find the way how to understand each other.
Proper is nice and clean and so are the rooms. Only shower in our room was leaking. There is sanatorium just across the road so besides of dogs barking nothing can disturb your sleep. Well except of mosquitos. These little monsters are everywhere even if you have netting in the window. They sould really invest into raid electric desinsector or something.
If you are early bird forget about breakfast. Kitchen is open from 9am food is ready so be served no sooner than at 9:30.
And to get to the hotel (and move about Ukraine) you need at least 4x4 SUV
But like I said it looks good on pictures
