Generally, everything was relatively nice, excepting the moment that some personal things has disappeared on "my eyes". Asking at reception to check via their cameras the fact that my scarf has dissapeared in the lobby while I was looking for my equipement, none has showing me the desire to check this. So, just take care of yuor personal staff. Other things, like the cleanest, the location, food....were quite ok. But I would avoid in the future the stay there ((

A place where things are disappearing very mysteriously

Recently lodged at Leku villa, unfortunately disappointed with what I found.  The room was not cleaned in 6 days while we were there, the towels were unchanged, although I requested this;  at breakfast sometimes there was no bread, at other times some other basic food was missing; at breakfast they served sarmale and chicken  legs... I think left overs from dinner;  the coffee is not drinkable - it’s just colored water... really just colored water.  In one of the evenings we woke up at the door with 2 guys, who mumbled something in the Ukrainian, entered our room and took out the couch - we looked astonished like at an absurd movie.  I complained at the front desk - no reaction.  Waiters do not know English - language barrier is a real problem. The only plus was the large and beautiful room and the tastefully renovated restaurant.  Oh... and the door lock broke on one night... they fixed it right away. If you are used to a decent quality of service, think twice before making a reservation here. I believe they are well intended, but poorly prepared for hotel business. 

Poor service

The best thing is the heated outdoor pool - for the summer! The hotel is very clean. Not so good: there is no reception staff at the desk. However if you find them they are very helpful! No lamps near the bed. Sauna was on after 5 or 6 pm in the evening only. Only one person can go up in the lift at a time. But the main problem (not only with this hotel) is that they don't take card payments and don't give receipts. It is cash only! Food is fine: hombovtsi were quite good!

Great heated outdoor pool!

We spent five amazing days with my kids, cozy, good food and the pool, one of the new improvement from last year , was the best after a skying day for my family. The hole staff is familiar and helpfull especially the owners of the place. I will be back for sure this season.

Family place

Two times visitor of this hotel and nothing good happened. Very lousy check-in procedure. A lot of malentendous and last minute room-changing which gaves us 
In the room it was or too hot or too cold. Frequentely no water after 10 pm and no hot water in the shower. Sauna was too hot and turkish sauna has no door. Water in the pool was like 21 degrees or colder.
Pizza served in their restaurant gave us a lot of troubles similar to food poisoning so I presume a lack of hygiene on the personell.
Definitely I will not go anymore and give a chance to other hotels in the area.

A terrific experience

I was 4 times last winter with my family(kids 12 and 5 years),the apartaments are very large suitable for families with children and the hole equipement for sky.They have a special room for boots to dry when you turn back from sky.I had great time with nice people and for sure I will be back  for this winter,too.
