I had a negative experience here. First of all, it's totally unacceptable that the receptionist tells me the price for the room is 700 UAH and then tries to charge my credit card for 25,20€ which equals to 765 UAH! And when I was trying to explain her, that the terminal should show 700 UAH and not any amount in €, she was repeating all over again that this amount of 25,20€ was the balance of my account and not the price I was going to pay! Wtf, really, how a can you be so unprofessional and/or stupid? 700 UAH is 700 UAH so charge my card this amount and not euro! ... And then, the room was terrible! Disgusting light, bad smell, dropping water in the shower, entrance from outside, very noisy street... All wrong!!! This is NOT a HOTEL, but a cheap stupid guesthouse that doesn't deserve the money! I wouldn't stay there even for free! I give two stars because at least they gave me money back when I decided not to stay in this terrible place.

All wrong! This is NOT a HOTEL!

We stayed one night here in August 2017. Having had some car trouble en route to Chernivtsi, we arrived quite late and were glad that they stayed up to open our room for us. However, our room was on the 2nd floor and oddly laid out. The bed was very soft and we were unable to rest comfortably. Just as it seemed we were falling asleep we heard gunshots outside of our window - the hotel is on a busy intersection. There seemed to be some sort of commotion going on at 3am - we were quite uneasy.

There was also no wifi in the room at all - perhaps it was due to the location of the room on the 2nd floor in what seemed to be an attic room.

In the morning we wanted breakfast but learned it started at 8am and we had to leave before that. So we paid for a night's sleep but didn't sleep and couldn't get anything to eat either. I wouldn't stay here again.

Bad Hotel, Bad Neighborhood

Hotel is clean, has affordable prices, free parking but located right on the busy street. Street with a paving stones. So it's really loud. Pay attention to this fact if you need the silence to sleep well. 
Hotel has not breakfast included, but you can use their restaurant,  which has wonderful summer terraces.  Also it's very convenient little store on the 1st floor.
WiFi is free, but has no signal on the 3rd floor Siute.  But it was fine on reception an restaurant.

Good overnight hotel.

Bad location, far from the center of town,but it seems like there aren't many choices. Communication difficulties. Weird restaurant. Food wasn't bad however. Real cold beer was the highlight. Extremely spartan room with filthy gross out carpeting. That was the big turnoff. They also tried to charge me for something from the mini-bar which we hadn't taken. Chernitsvi needs a downtown hotel.
