Everything was good about the location. The unbelievable low price, placed right in the historical center of the city. It is always full of people of different nationalities, the dormitories are quiet after 11 PM. Oleg, who was the administrator when i went to Chernivtsi is an awesome guy. For your information he (and probably his sister too - but i haven't met her) speaks ukrainian, russian, romanian and knows enough english to make your life easy. I have enjoyed a lot my time there and I would come back without second thinking about it. Also, Ukraine is great and the people are welcoming, warm, and helpful even when you are trying to communicate using the signs language. :D
