I booked four rooms for two nights at Park Hotel for a family visit, and we were very happy with everything during our stay - most of the rooms were modern and spacious (except 302 which was in the older hotel building), hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room rate also included an excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast, which had a varied selection of food and drinks of top quality - way above my expectations and a very good price / quality offering for Ivano-Frankivsk.
The hotel has two restaurants on site and a large bar, with spacious outdoor facilities. Most of the staff speak basic English and are helpful. Although service in the restaurants and in the bar was somewhat slow.
The hotel rooms differ between the old hotel section and the newly constructed one. The rooms in the "new" section (all have "a" in the room number) are top-notch equipped with modern furniture / door locks / bathrooms. The rooms in the older section are still very spacious, functional and clean, although you can see that they have somewhat of a "Soviet" flavour. I stayed in room 302 in this older section - it is very large with a large balcony with a view to the lake and the front part of the hotel - really beautiful despite being somewhat old.
It should be noted that the hotel is located somewhat farther from the city centre (about 30-40min walk or 10-15min by car). However, this was an amazing option for us, as we wanted to be in a peaceful picturesque location close to the city lake and park. I was positively surprised and will be staying here with family on our next visit.

Modern spacious rooms, excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast

Went to their restaurant.
The food was ok, although the menu primarily consisted of international (mainly American) dishes - nothing really to write home about.
The selection of drinks was pretty limited.
Service was unsatisfactory. There were barely any guests at the restaurant but the staff succeeded to screw up our order.
Not recommended...

Underwhelming...

The hotel is situated near the lake and it only takes 30 minutes’ walk to the old center (or a few minutes by taxi or bus). 
The quality/price ratio is very good. Comfortable room and bathroom, good internet. 
The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes at very reasonable prices.
My room had a small balcony and a nice view over the lake. 
Friendly staff.
The rug is in need of a change in the room. But for the price I paid, I was satisfied.

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood for a good price

I enjoyed my time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is only a short taxi ride away from city center, and taxi rides are very inexpensive. If you like to run, you can join the locals exercising around the adjacent lake.

Stayed for one night in this hotel!
Everything was great!
Amazing!
Creat receptionists, clean room number with a lot of space and nice window view!
Stunning breakfast, we got a lot of pleasure from the hotels cuisine.
Hotel is perfect for family rest, business meeting, conferences, etc.
Outside of the city, but the taxi fares is peanuts ;-)
Recommend it for all!

Stayed there last weekend. Nice, clean rooms and great breakfast. Beds are stunning - very, very soft :)
Great location - near to a lake but quite close to the city center.

overall, I'm really satisfied and would try Reikartz in other Ukrainian cities, too

Nice place

This hotel is fantastic. Its situated in a very beautiful and peaceful location close to the lake and in a close proximity to the city park. The building itself looks very unusual but don't let that put you off. 
The rooms are very cozy and modern. The bathroom is very clean and fresh.The staff are really friendly and always there to assist when required. 
It has a nice restaurant with excellent menu. The bar staff are very friendly and smart. They made me a cocktail, wow, talk about getting energised, I was energised alright, OMG, was I ready to take the world on, mmmmm, lol.  I dare not put further comments as Tripadvisor may not publish it. 
The hotel has a Finnish sauna, lol. Did I abuse it? I know what you re thinking, Of course, I had to release all that energy from the cocktail. LOL.
I wont forget this place in a long time and very sure the boys in the bar wont forget me either....LOL.
If you visit Ukraine, you must see and rest in this place. It is fabulous and a change from the norm.

Therapeutic resting place.

I didnt have high expectations as the chain is average but clean and efficient. This hotel is one notch below. Rooms a bit old and not super clean, old rug. Bathroom not very modern and creaky bed. Breakfast ordered at 8.30 arrived at 8.45. Food average
