A short stay it was on schedule in Ivano-Frankivsk. Late arrival at the airport. No official taxis to see, but ok, an elder male with a private car shuttled me for the city and the hotel.
No space close to the door for the car, just some meters to walk, no problem at all.
A very nice welcome, some stairs and courses up and down and I´am at the room. Just to notice, no elevator here. Room was large, high ceiling, spacious and also the bathroom. Some city noise from the surroundings, ok this way. Wake up when the sun comes up in the morning with singing from the church closeby, absolutely amazing feeling. Nice Breakfast was especially prepared for me, no buffet here. 
Sure a good place to stay in this not well known part of Ukraine

There is a church next door

For the money, it is good. I had a choice between two single rooms: One didn't have a window (!?!) and it smelled weird, and in the other, there was not a true bed, only a sofa. Sleeping on it was finally okay. The breakfast was good. The coffee also. When talking about the price, however, you should tell clients the total price from the beginning. I don't want to learn in the morning that there is some tourist tax to pay in addition. The staff was helpful, I could store my stock of beer in the restaurant fridge overnight, as there was no fridge in the room.

Minor problems, but for the price it's good.

We booked a room for a night. When we came, reception girl was very polite and friendly. She gave all the instructions and helped with parking near hotel. Interior is one of the best in the city. We have a room on last floor with windows on ceiling, very romantic. You can even see the roof of nearest cathedral. When we were checking all the other hotels, they were terrible. Advice! This hotel doesn’t put all the rooms on Booking.com, so better call the hotel straightly. Location is great, the very very centre. Close to everywhere. Prices moderate. 

Only the truth

The hotel located in the very heart of the center and attached to very beautiful church. Location really central one. 

Common areas are nicely decorated but room (I used to stay in comfort room) was too primitive. Anyhow, it's not the problem - it was to cold inside the room - good that stuff put in a room electric heater.

Also, the walls have poor noise insulation -I almost heard what neighbors were talking about :) 

Just a basic hotel - do not expect more

Upon arrival on 25 September 2017 I was sadly surprised - my booking was cancelled. As explained receptionist due to travel agency did not perform the payment. But it was confirmed that payment has been performed. For unknown reasons managing accountant missed it. Secondly at checkout early in the morning 27 September 2017 my breakfast was not prepared. It was pronounced they just forgot to prepare it day before. Sorry guys, it is not acceptable at all to provide such kind of service in the center of the city. Even though you prices are very good. Would not recommend this hotel.

 Bad news for management team

Hotel is located in downtown. Room #10 is located on attic with a single window on top. Window was without louver - sun/moon light is on your bed or in a worst case on your pillow. Hotel has nice new restaurant  with pleasant personal in which You will have breakfast.
